After 18 loyal years I am considering canceling AOL because of AOL Gold unfixed problems
Email blocking doesn't work, one can't add a work to the dictionary on AOL Email and so many other things.....

I must completely agree with all these comments. Things will disappear from the favorites file, and then reappear elsewhere. Stop all this nonsense. While I am typing, the curser will eslewhere etc..

I am getting fed Up with AOL making things worse, not better. I have been a paying customer for over 20 years. How long is it going to take for AOL to allow me to delete and make a new Username? . DeskGold is not better, it made things worse..

I agree, AOL Gold lacks most of what the old AOL Desktop had. It's pitiful, annoying and we're PAYING for this? As a loyal AOL user for over 23 years I find this sad and disgusting.

The email function constantly freezes up, regardless of the computer I am on. I lost so many email contacts with the conversion to the "new and better" desktop gold. It does not add email addresses of people that I write to or read emails from like in the past. It is terrible.

I am one of the loyal customers Jim Forcum speaks of. I am very disappointed and will soon get rid of AOL as many have suggested I do for the last 10 years. I have been a customer of AOL since its beginning with Steve Case. Shame on AOL.

Currently I cannot get on Line from Gold. too Bar comes up and WiFi is connected but nothing else can be operated or viewed. Cannot get help on the phone either. Looks like I will be forced to eliminate AOL Services. Never any problems until gold had to be installed.

Totally Agree! AOL Gold is so inferior to the prior product! And we have to pay for this version!!!! So slow. Deleted emails show back up in my inbox. Spam now shows up in my inbox instead of the Spam folder. The Saved folders option is a joke (AOL mysteriously deleted 18 months of my saved emails). Sending photos is too restrictive and takes forever. There is no wallpaper or graphics to embed in emails anymore. Much less emojis. What the heck happened???? It's like AOL Gold is still in Beta stage or something.

totally agree nothing but problems not to mention slow and when you are constantly getting a message problem with sending or receiving email try again in 5 minutes that is not except-able when you are trying to work your business and your email can't be used.mailbox setup is also a problem not user friendly!

AOL Gold is a step backward as far as AOL finance and portfolios. There are many bugs that the help desk says is due to software updates. The Daily Summary from AOL finance now says there is 'no recent news' and what does that mean. MY portfolio has many companies that are in the news during earning season

They do not care that they ruined the mail. Still didnt fix it to where you can see all of your screen names and if they have mail instead of having to sign in to every one. Horrible. Im out soon

I've been with AOL since the 80's and my patience is running out. They are no longer better than other providers and, in fact, people actually laugh when I tell them I'm with AOL. And the fact that we now have to pay for this faulty service is insulting.

i am thinking of canceling my AOL after almost 20 years with them. Since i have AOL Gold. I have two computers, Windows 10 on one and Window 7 on the other. All of a sudden the one with Windows 7 I was unable to get my AOL Gold. I called the number on the site and was greeted by someone who could hardly speak English, After trying things for an hour the guy says my computer was too old which which was not so as it had worked for months. He fiddled around and finally want to sell me something for 199 bucks and if i wanted to try something else for 99 bucks i believe it was. I am totally disgusted with AOL and thank goodness I have other means to do my computer things.
