Chat Help service 'closed'
More than 2 months ago, I reported this and it's still not fixed:
Go to Help/Chat -- and sign in with name/ID/etc. and wait . . . . and wait . . . . and then msg comes back: "Your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available." THIS SHOULD BE UP FRONT, NOT AFTER YOU'VE INPUT INFO AND WAITED!!!

Wrong! I have tried to Chat during your reported available hours and it is not open. You force us to call and then have to listen to your "techs" try to sell us "features" we do not want.
