Restore the old spam settings. Now we only have one setting.

First you took away stationery and vast choice of fonts, emojis, etc. Then you changed how mail is set up (from new, old, sent, spam, deleted mail to current style) and the Spam settings from numerous choices to only one (blocked). it seems the longer we continue to PAY for AOL Gold, the less we are getting for our money. I see by the Feedback that I'm far from alone in feeling AOL Gold does not seem "golden" to your PAYING customers.

    As of about a week ago, the number of emails in my spam email folder has dropped drastically--from about 200 a day to 10. What has AOL done to help to better filter out so many spam emails? What ever you did I appreciate it very much!

    Stop letting those junk mail in my mail box.... I know you want $10.00 a month to stop those junk mails. That is not fair.... Are you greedding?

    that makes no sense
    yous need to increase that to 1000 with all, all the fake domains spamming folks EMAILS How do yous think that limit of 3 is going to do anything??? 🙄

    Please review YOUR controls over spam, thousands of other users spam added to my rejected spam AND mail I do not consider spam marked spam. Started with new AOL mgmt. I am a seasoned old geek and this is the worse ever!

    I'm getting up to 500 spam emails a day. Often each address is slightly different (upped numbers, add a letter etc). I don't have time to go thru and block 500 individual addresses every day. AOL software has the ability to identify the SPAM and you gave us a "Delete all " button. How about giving us a "Block All" button? Or at the very least allow us to highlight groups of rows and block them all at once.

    WHY do I get tons of Spam email with long address consisting of a multitude of letters, numbers and symbols. Each and every one of them are different. I receive at least 5 or more a day. Why is this happening????

    If spam is marked spam, why is it in the spam folder to begin with. If it is blocked it should not show up in the folder. I am averaging over 200 spam a day and a minimum of one to two percent are NOT marked as spam.

    For weeks now I can't block mail. I get a message to wait five minutes, but it's been blocking my trying to block mail for weeks! My spam was down to just a few, but now, since I can't block anyone, it's back to hundreds!!! PLEASE ALLOW me to block mail again.

    I need a way to automatically black incoming spam by entering the first part of the email address. Example": 306494280@. Today so far I have received 18 of these. Also, a total so far of 57 spam emails, many with the same first part of the name..

    I keep receiving these emails with no less that 30 letters in their address. When is AOL going to stop these scammers? I am tired of receiving 3 to 5 a day.

    Please stop the spam. It is so out of control. I get way more than 200 a day now. There has to be something you can do to stop it.
