    Getting message... can't load email, wait 5 minutes and try again.... Have been trying again for days!! Please fix. I would like a refund for all of these days that my mail has not worked.

    for an email addrss i have had for 20+ years, all i am getting past two days is ''Sorry, we don't recognize this email'' - there must be someone who can fix this, no?

    AOL sucks and is the worst service out there. emails goes out for days, is slow and they wont fix. time to go to GMAIL

    When are you going to fix your email. Can't get on with my phone. Can't get it to work correctly on my computer. Spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with your tech people and they can't fix it. They tell me it's asamsung problem with phone that can't synconize. the problem is aol.

    Not only has this awful platform crashed AGAIN, but I can't delete anything, cannot read new email, cannot retrieve SPAM to delete it, and cannot even send all of my "report bugs." Those all show up in "Draft" folder, and NONE can be sent. I am so fed up with this horrible Gold desktop, but no one seems to care that it keeps crashing. Today is 11/6, and this is at least the 3rd or 4th time in about the past 6 weeks. What a piece of trash - NEVER had these problems and had far more features with the old desktop. What does it take, AOL?>

    I cannot log on. I was just speaking via chat to an aol.com rep yesterday and had no trouble. I need to send emails.

    AOL GOLD, can't sign in. Agree with many of the previous comments. Have had AOL for many years and never have had so many problems with email. AOL's fees have increased, the service has not.
    I can definitely see why many others are considering changing email providers.

    AOL Desktop Gold, can't sign in to email. Can't pay bills. Can't access AOL mail via IE either.
