Same situation from AOL. Email is taking too long to load. Still receiving the message try again in 5 minutes. What is going on? Nothing but problems ever since desktop Gold was introduced. AOL cloaks themselves with armor so I cannot speak with a software engineer, a programmer or an executive in sales and marketing. I have been paying for both System Mechanic and AOL tech support.

Mail opens blank or comes in hours after it was sent to me. Have to wonder what never makes it to me.

Missing emails, Missing email folders, then they come back and are gone again. Address/Contacts list is empty. Wondering if sent emails have gone thru or not.
This is really bad AOL, Your service should be reliable, email is a very important part of everyones life and work. Lost or missing emails could ruin someone . . . -

Your adds come through (which I absolutely don't need) but no Email (which I need). Been with AOL since it started because at that time your Email was dependable. Your company has become like that of the Federal Government - just can't ever get it right! Your product pales compared to my wife's Comcast and it will be a chore to change after all these years - but quite necessary!

You have trouble loading mail but you sure have no problem running the ads! This is the worst program you guys have ever done. Mail doesn't show when opened. Graphics eaten up. You can't load mail, you can't send mail. Maybe you should just let us know exactly what you can do! Customer service stinks!

I have a mail box, cannot get my mail or folders have to log of the system I pay for, log on to aolmail and I can get it free. This is the insane, doing the same thing over and over and hoping for a different outcome. Also the system never updates while on line have to log back on.
Is there a phone number I can call to get a credit on my account. -

what the **** is going on? email won't load. Loads just fine if I go to aol through google, but not through your system. Why? This has been going on for a while now. Thought this was a new and improved aol.

This is the 3rd day that AOL Email has been screwed up. Can't even open emails. Suggest you get some tech guy in there that knows what is going on. If you can't fix this soon, I will be canceling my AOL services including AOL mail, Super Anti Spyware, and System mechanic,

Second day in a row that I cannot get my mail! I rely on this email address for my business. AOL charges me for inadequate service. You are forcing me to move to a FREE email provider and drop AOL completely.
