I don't like having to agree to delete an e-mail. It's one step that is annoying.
In order to disable the prompt, please follow these steps:
1. Open the AOL Desktop Gold and sign in.
2. Click on the ‘Mail’ menu on the top left.
3. Select ‘Mail Settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Uncheck ‘Confirm before deleting items’, and close the window (changes are saved automatically).

your system of having to click twice to delete emails is very annoying. AT&T has a much better system by letting you choose all emails to delete then hitting delete. Much less annoying and time consuming. I am considering using my AT & T email full time just because of this. Please consider a change.

something just changed in my email. i get a lot of spam. when i try to delete all of the spam, i get this popup to confirm deletion. this never happened until a week ago. i dont like having this popup. its irritating. when i want to delete all spam, i want to delete spam and not have to go through another step

The two steps now required to delete e-mail are cumbersome and time consuming. Couldn't we at least delete more than one at a time?

When I delete an email I don't want the next one to pop over. Go back to the old way - delete means delete, one at a time, without going to the next email. This is really frustrating!

RETURN THE DELETE FUNCTION BACK TO WHAT IT WAS BEFORE. IT TAKES TO LONG TO INDIVISUALY DELETE EACH AND EVERY EMAIL AND CLEAR OUT THE THE OLD MAIL. AND JUNK MAIL.

Can you update AOL Gold so we can delete an email with a single click instead of having to move the cursor to the popup "are you sure" window and click again?

Annoying to have to PERMANENTLY DELETE emails twice.
FIX THIS

You now have to delete each email one by one. It was better before when you could just delete all without having to respond "yes" to each one.

I would like you to give one good reason why we have to delete unwanted email twice.

Change email deletion back to when it wasn't necessary to confirm the deletion with a mouse click.

go back to the old way instead of having a pop up box asking if we want to delete this mail. it is too time consuming and takes forever to delete mail

Maybe if we could drag a handful of mail to delete we wouldn't have to spend half an hour deleting aaaaand "approving" all the junk mail, "one at a time," we get. Get the idea?

When I go to delete an email, I am always asked the question: Are you sure you want to delete this message? Delete means delete. When you come to a stop sign, is the question asked, Are you sure you want to stop? Of course not, Delete means Delete. I will switch to gmail, please get it straight. Its commons sense.

Stop asking me if I'm sure after each deletion. It's an extra unnecessary step.

To many popups. Log on 2 to 3 popups. Saving mail to my computer 2 popups. deleting mail one popup asking if you really want to delete even though it is automatically save under deleted mail. When trying to do a search you would highlight the last search and when typing the new search the highlighted would automatically erase, now it adds on to the last search.

To delete a message you have to hit delete and then confirm the deletion. You must then hit delete to permanetly delete and then confirm that you want to permanetly delete. It takes 4 entries to get rid of a message. This need to be shortened.
