I don't like having to agree to delete an e-mail. It's one step that is annoying.
In order to disable the prompt, please follow these steps:
1. Open the AOL Desktop Gold and sign in.
2. Click on the ‘Mail’ menu on the top left.
3. Select ‘Mail Settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Uncheck ‘Confirm before deleting items’, and close the window (changes are saved automatically).

The pop up delete box is unnecessary. It takes entirely too long to delete 50 to 100 emails by having to delete each one twice.

Agree with Anonymous! I hate this new "delete mail" function. First, it really bothers my eyes to have to go back and forth, back and forth. Please put it back the old way. I don't see what was wrong with the old way,..even if you deleted something you shouldn't have, you can go into recently deleted and get it back.

I totally agree! And in addition I totally dislike your ads flashing on the screen while I'm reading through the 72 news items on the "home" screen. Very distracting. I know you make your money on ads for stuff I search for but, really, continually showing ads changing continually in a flashing manner is ridiculous!!! And I pay you to do that.

Why did you hi lite the No box instead of the Yes box in asking are you sure you want to delete this message? If you didn't want then you can click on the NO. If you want it deleted you can just hit enter or the space bar. This is taking forever to clean files. Not even sure why you added this box to begin with

cleaning mail files now takes forever since you have added the box are you sure you want to delete. I have better things to do with my time. You still have not added the spam control files back. Seems thing keep getting worse then better. Not sure AOL is worth it any more

Get rid of new requiement to verify delettions. It eats up time and is the worst "improvement' ever. Unimaginable that users would be subjected to such a gratuitous burden.

Please remove pop up Delete window asking if I am sure I would like to delete the email. It is slowing me down and it costing me money and it is interfering with my business while I am on the phone with my clients because I have to switch from documents and emails and back. Please get rid of it.

Your new feature for asking for each spam deletion is slow and cumbersome; please go back to the old system. Now instead of reviewing each spam individually, I have to just delete the entire batch.
