Something is wrong with my AOL. I can't open my e-mails. They will not load. Keep getting a massage to wait 5 mins and try again.
What the **** is going on with AOL? I'm about to cancel them. Been with them since 1997. Come on guys get your act together.

Try clearing the Footprints in the new AOL Desktop. Here’s how: a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu. b. Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings. No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.
In case the issue persists please restart the software.

as a service AOL is deteriorating, intermittent, update 'try in five minutes' favorites is miserable and impossible to organize.

let me delete mail without having to go through 4 steps to get it to delete mail and finally delete. Why can't I delete once like I do with SPAM? And when are you going to fix mail so I stop getting messages that say I have to wait a few minutes to open my mail?
