AOL gold freezes every day
Everyday AOL GOLD freezes up and I have to use Google. Why am I paying you to use your desktop if it does not work!! YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO USE AOL GOLD!!! Don't force people to use this ****! FIX IT ALREADY!! I AM PAYING YOU 3.99 a MONTH SO IS EVERYONE ELSE!!!

I am unable to get my Desk Top Gold to return to my former DTG where I had all my files....now I have no files, I have to re-enter my password continually, none of my settings remain current...this must have something to do with Microsoft...
ARE YOU HINTING THAT I SHOULD GET RID OF AOL AND GO TO GOOGLE????

I'm using AOL Revision 11.0.2914. When this is running, it makes my PC very very VERY slow using all its resources! Cefsharp.browserSubprocess.exe has 8+ sessions running, PLEASE advise, this is been going on for 3 months.DO NOT IGNORE THIS

truly fed up... this is so wrong... why should I have to go to save aol .. manage and create folder then have to go back to the email that i wanted saved to place in folder.. before just scrolled down and clicked on create.. why would you make things more tedious????? why can you not find the email names that were lost with whatever you are doing now? WHY> Why do you have +1... why do you not know how one dials in USA? why do you not have dates any longer.. how are we to know.. now just have contacts and no way to click on dates?

whatever you just did to my computer is one big disaster
I lost the top 10 names that I had .. and cannot get it back. to create a folder now 3 steps instead of just clicking create a folder now phone # have a +1 you do not need that in USA. At times cannot delete . user emails some have dates other users do not... this is one big disaster hope you will contact me when this is fixed.. I am ready to quit aol
you did this when you made aol gold.. and now you are doing this again.. why cant you test your changes before applying them to your customers... so frustrated.. angry.. annoyed.... this is not the way you should be treating your customers... -

Everyday my EMAILS get all mixed up and not current all the time. Then when I try to go to SENT my computer screen turns WHITE and it takes a good 5 minutes before it will open up to it. This happens daily fix it so

Make your email and program actually work. See all the comments from people all having the same problems. Email does not load, program freezes. - On and on with no solution from your tech staff.
I have to sign off to go to google to get my aol mail. I have to put in my screen name and password every time I try to get back on aol.
Months of the same problems
AOL CASE 14179625 I have written SO MANY TIMES I do not have to look up the case number - I have it memorized.I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

AOL's fix for GOLD is to do a work-around and either reload the entire AOL Gold program or go through about 100 key strokes to maybe fix it. Since when is it the responsibility of the paying customer to fix a companys product problem? Main problem is, when the AOL product fix team reads this, they will, out of gross job insecurity, delete it to save their *****. Can't blame them really. They need a job, corrupt as it may be.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I'm SO SICK of my AOL GOLD Not working. I've been a paying customer since aol began! People laugh at my aol address. But I've had it for my business frm the beginning. I would have to change my contact info to hundreds of customers.
By the way - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!
I go to a free site to get my mail so the program does not freeze. FREE SITE!
I have to sign on my screen name and put in my password as the program does not remember me
SHEESH!!!

I have sent repeated bug reports and still have no resolution. I have contacted support, they went into my system and reinstalled the software but since the issue wasn’t resolved they advised to send a bug report. But the bug reports do NOTHING!! My issue is still here on the gold desktop software. I can't switch between new, old and sent mail tabs in aol gold desktop software without very long delays. Most of the time it just freezes. Secondly, all of my sent mail shows TO: before the email address and therefore I can't sort my mail. When is AOL going to respond and fix my issues? I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOTHING BUT TELL ME TO SUBMIT A BUG REPORT. I HAVE REINSTALLED THE SOFTWARE OVER A DOZEN TIMES AND STILL NOTHING IS RESOLVED. WHY ISN’T SUPPORT HELPING THEIR AOL PAYING CUSTOMERS?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THIS IS HUGE! And going on for weeks, probably longer. AOL Desktop gold is becoming unusable.. Getting to mail takes FOREVER. I have several emails associated with this account, and the work email (abcontrol) is unusable. It takes so long to even sign in to the account, that I can't even use it. This is my WORK email. I'm PAYING for this. PLEASE PLEASE fix this. I can see I'm not the only one with this issue. What has happened? PLEASE FIX. Why should I have to use another browser and use mail.aol.com when I'm paying for this. PLEASE FIX. This is madness.

SO - WITH THIS MANY USERS ISSUING SIMILAR COMPLAINTS, IT IS A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM WITH THE AOL GOLD SOFTWARE. ONE TECH TOLD ME IS WAS BECAUSE OF WINDOWS 10 UPDATES CHANGING AND THE SOFTWARE NOT KEEPING UP. THIS WAS AFTER RUNNING IT THROUGH SAFE MODE. YOUR TECHS ARE OF NO HELP. REPORTING A BUG HAS BEEN USELESS.

Everyday AOL GOLD Mail freezes up and I have to use the online free version to access my mail. This started a month ago and is horrible. I have read your ways to fix it and have called your techs to help and it works for a day then the same thing happens again. Please fix this already. I have been an AOL user for over 20 years and never ever had this problem. If this bug isn't fixed quickly I will have to find another email platform.
