AOL gold freezes every day

Everyday AOL GOLD freezes up and I have to use Google. Why am I paying you to use your desktop if it does not work!! YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ME TO USE AOL GOLD!!! Don't force people to use this ****! FIX IT ALREADY!! I AM PAYING YOU 3.99 a MONTH SO IS EVERYONE ELSE!!!

    I must be the biggest ******.....I'm paying 9.99 a month....but shhhhh don't tell anyone, they already think I'm a crazy dinosaur still using AOL. Not working right is a major issue. I already cancelled my AOL before, but was lured back. Won't happen again if they don't fix this soon

    I'm paying $5.99/month for AOL Gold and I don't see the value. The post labeled "62nd ranked" is paying only $3.99. Today, after an extreme power outage, I cannot sign online, even though power has been restored after 13+ hours out.

    Gold freezes and is very slow if you keep more than 3000 emails. If you use Google Chrome with your AOL Gold it works fine and is fast with no issues. I am a paying member and Gold once again is proving inadequate. Obviously AOL is investing little or no money to maintain its' servers.

    takes forever for aol to load on my PC, then I have ad after ad that I have to close in order for my mail to open. Why am I paying for a service that is getting paid by all these advertisers? I have requested multiple times for no interest ads, yet still have to deal with them. Also, I am always getting "theres a problem loading mail, or we are experiencing a problem with favorites. What is going on? Do I need to cancel my plan and just go through Google?

    AOL works in a erratic manner when it does work some time you have mail other time you don't .When you have mail sometimes the individual mail will open and other times it won't and you receive a message "can not open mail at this time ' Today it took four attempts before AOL opened with mail and a another four before the mail operated correctly , This is annoying .If you can't get AOL to function correctly close it and do the world a favor

    I am experiencing the same problems. I even had a tech person try to fix it yesterday. People ask me why I am still using AOL...now, I am not sure if I know why.

    This new updated AOL Gold #2793 is full of problems! Constant waiting for every screen. Then other screens become blank and all white after waiting for them to finally appear. Slow... slow... slow. Very frustrating. After all these years (20) of paying for AOL, I'm ready to consider another email server. Please help!

    The minute I sign into AOL, it starts dominating my CPU with all kinds of activity such that I can't load my Old E-Mail

    It takes aol over an hour to load and then everything that I try t do freezes. It is the only program that does this. This has been going on for months and I can't use it. What am I paying for!!!!

    This has been going on now for well over a month now. How long does it take for AOL to fix the problem so we can use AOL? I use my computers all the time and AOL Gold is the ONLY program that I use that I have any problems with, and it gets worse all the time. You might consider calling their parent company, Verizon, at 800-VERIZON to let them know how bad AOL is and hopefully they can make some big changes in the people running AOL and put in some people who know what they're doing and care about their product and customers.

    Showing latency while trying to sign in, already spoke with AOL Tech agents and still doing the same thing.

    Aside from having latency problems with signing in to AOL Gold, there's also a latency with loading all emails. After signing in, it takes more than a minute before the "welcome" tone which means that the emails are already loaded. The AOL Tech agents already reinstalled the AOL Gold and still doing the same thing.

    aol gold is not working emails do not open immediately has a gray screen
    buttons are not always visible
    black screens at the header appear
    3 days on the phone with techs trying to install uninstall reset copmtuer and program with zero positive end result with fully function software program.
