"Write Mail Editor" Icon came in with the latest Gold update, 2402.

Emails: Personal File Cabinet Folders Disappeared! HELP!
PFC folders: a random selection of about half of my AOL GOLD email folders mysteriously disappeared. The AOL Service Technician advised "not stored anywhere; no way to retrieve". How can this be possible?!
I lost dozens of old emails with critical information.
Per an Internet search, this has happened to others within the past 6 months, and has been reported to AOL by others.

Why when I send someone an Email with a picture and I look at my sent mail all I get is a blank screen with a tiny box in the upper left that can't be opened or expanded? It didn't used to do that. Extremely annoying.

The New Way for AOL
AOL needs to figure out why it is a failing company. It is greedy and puts its needs above those of its long suffering customers. After 30 years of being an AOL member they freeze my Desk Top for $3 casing me to loose all the documents I was working on. Shame on you AOL. You deserve to fail. My idea is you go into receivership and let someone who can run a company take over for the benefit of the investors and the customers.
