email problems
Since update with gold bar added-it is a pain and the sorting from or date order wont go to the top it seems to get stuck wherever the blue/gold bar was last...Very hard to navigate and we pay for this over 20 years please fix....
And the automatic e-mail saver to sent does not work anymore, and the auto populated one only works someones now when u are sending an email -
You currently do not have a way to send selective alerts from calendar to cellphones
You currently do not have a way to send selective alerts from my calendar to my cellphones as a txt msg. like what gmail from their calendar has. I would like to see a new field added to the calendar reminder that allows you to select whether the alert for a calendar entry goes to your e-mail address or to your cellphone. High priority items on the calendar I would like to get a text msg to my cellphone

AOL desktop gold update feature is stupid and unnecessary; I should be able to opt out.

Please allow us to navigate the Desktop Gold while we are printing a document
I sent this in back in November of 2021. The last time the AOL software didn't allow us to navigate (read other emails) while printing something was back in dial-up days. You had it working for years but last year you stopped. Any way to turn the ability back on? You closed my previous email without comment or response.

Access Denied on PCH.com
I was getting the "Bad Request" message that someone else reported on PCH.Com's games and now I'm seeing "Access Denied" for games and that the server will not access the game. What is going on with this? I've been with AOL for years & years and would appreciate a resolution to this problem.

AOL desktop gold bug check
I'm not sure if this is already in feedback.
When submitting an a bug check, the user should get an email confirming that the bug check feature has been sent to the aol engineering team and is currently being looked into.

Automatically insert a space after inserting an emoji or pasting in a hyperlink.
Hitting the spacebar doesn't work to add a space. It is annoying and frustrating to find AoL adding text to the hyperlink or having to type text after an emoji in order to go back and add a space before the text.

Why did you remove the ability to see the photos in a sent message?
Before your update, the emails stored in the Sent folder had their photos that were embedded in the correct spot. Now they are just squares. Why the change? I am often asked to send another copy of a sent message with the photos and now it is much more difficult to do.

Stop emptying Spam Address Folder every few days, let it fill up to it's max 1st.
I follow the Desktop Gold instructions to the letter regards blocking SPAM by listing the SPAM Addresses into the "Blocked Mail Folder". Yet AOL keeps cleaning the folder every few days and I have to start all over again, with same SPAM addresses. And AOL is charging me for this stupidity...

blinking ads
The blinking/flashing ads designed to get people to notice them have caused my neighbor's son to be hospitalized. He has the type of epilepsy that is adversely affected by that kind of thing. She has consulted with an attorney to see if it's possible to sue AOL and he thinks there's merit in such a lawsuit. He's currently investigating the possibility of a class action suit but has already filed in her behalf.

The new Icon on update for trash it causes my email to be accidentally deleted. for trash delete and recycled . there should be a feature to disabled that

Your most recent software upgrade was a MAJOR step backwards.
Navigating and positioning photos was so easy before. Now it is next to impossible. Every time you do change in the software it is a downgrade in functionality. Why can't you leave it alone?. How do I go back to a previous version of AOL?

Favorites Quick Find Field
As soon as you type a character in the the Favorites Quick Find field, an "X" appears in the right-most position. This allows for a quick clearing of the field when your search is finished. This feature is also part of the Search field of Feedback where I am typing now.
Please add this feature to the mail Quick Find field.

Build .3584 with Favorites attached to browser is absolutely horrible.
I do a lot of work with Forums. If I open my Favs to look for a link to post as part of an answer on that Forum I do NOT want my Favs to attach to
that browser window I have open. -

Article Comment Section
In the article comment section, you used to be able to post a comment, then you could go back to an article and see if you've had a response to your comment by seeing if there's an indication by the bell.
Well now, when you go to the comment section, you can only see the TOP THREE comments. There's a "link" to view all of the comments. However, when you click it, it takes you to a pop-up screen. This pop-up screen has the same link to..view all comments. However, THIS link NEVER WORKS!!
So how are you supposed to…

Please delete the commentary on the game sites in a timely fashion, i.e. Penguin solitaire.
Please delete months old commentary on Game sites.
