There is too much verifying backup up addresses.
Stop all this verifying a backup address. Every week i get this notice to verify the backup addresses and phone number. And frequently you want to send me a verify code on another address that I am not signed in on so a pain to get that code. Maybe every six months you can verify but no more often.

The comment section is still broken. Refreshing the page does not fix it. Hitting f5 does not fix it. I've cleared my footprints, nothing changed. I'm tired of having to comment as a guest because that's the default.. How many more times must I complain about AOL Gold?

pictures inserted don't always come through when I get an email from friends. If i go to another browser and aol.com they come through fine. What'sup after I know my settings are right I checked and double checked. This needs to be fixed soon or I'll have to get rid of AOL after all these years. It's always screwed up when they make these big changes like this. They should cross their t"s and dot their i's before they do these updates.

Fix the email so when you delete the mail you opened so it doest fade into the mail box
fix the mail box when you open a new mail then close it. It will fades into the mail box and takes forever to go away. Then it tells me AOL is not responding. Also when you try to open a new mail it will not open until the ad loads Which sometimes take a while and you set there and wait. You spend a'lot of time waiting on the ads to load very upsetting.

My address book changed overnight.
My address book changed overnight. I write an email. I open my address book. I select a person's name and hit "send". Nothing appears in the "to" box of the email. A group name appears in the "bcc"box. What has happene??! The individual address card for EACH of my 30 or 40 contacts now lists either the person's screen name or a group name as the PRIMARY email address.
