I reported a bug in the fact that all of a sudden I have about 12,000 emails going back to 2009 - and I had deleted about 11,928

Sending emails is often very slow.
Emails won't send. Instead get a message something like "We seem to be having a problem sending your email. Please try again later." Then you're stuck because you can't close it without losing it, and it won't save to Drafts either. If it finally does, duplicates or triplicates may occur when repeatedly trying to save it in Drafts.

Why Did I Have to Change My Password THREE Times in ONE Week??
AOL Gold has INSISTED that 1) I reenter my password in the middle of a session totally disrupting what I was doing or 2) I get a "secret code" to enter THEN change my password just to log in. I'm running out of passwords and feel I'm being either taken advantage of or AOL has been hacked and I'm suffering because of it! Or is this punishment for posting here??? STOP IT!

AOL Desktop Gold Is Horrible
Rather than offering additional plan upgrades and perks, please concentrate on getting back to basics and making AOL Desktop work as it should.
Since AOL/Oath forced all of us loyal, long-time subscribers to change from AOL 9.8, which worked fine, to AOL Desktop Gold, which is horrible beyond description, we have had nothing but serious problems with the software.
These problems include the software refusing to respond, frequent crashes and freezes, features that no longer work, important "Saved To My PC" e-mails and folders that have mysteriously disappeared, backed-up "organize" folders that can no longer be read, and too much…

Typing email and have to go back to edit by adding a letter or a word and where I click cursor into area to change a blur line comes up ands
Blue line comes up in email when I click to set cursor to change or add a word, in a sentence I want to change-- The blue line stays and cannot get rid of it and it deletes next letter each time I type in a letter ---cannot get rid of this without closing out email-- HELP!!

E-mail that I'm sending to myself is being "spammed" yet isn't showing up in my AOL computer files (yet does show on my mobile AOL e-mail.
I send e-mail to myself all day long as a reminder for thoughts/news stories to examine later.. I'm finding them sent to my SPAM folder on my mobile account, but not even as being sent of "spammed" on my computer account.
This is not the only area of censorship I've been subject to by AOL.
