    When I Mark as Unread, why does the mail still go to "Old" mail and not stay in "New" mail? This is extremely inconvenient!

  2. The home page becomes blank

    Whenever I search a website from my home page and then exit from that website, the home page becomes blank and I can only revive the home page by clicking the Welcome button.

  3. Why do you block me from my emails because you need my phone number? Why does everyone want my phone number??!!!!

    Stop blocking me from getting my emails!! I'll go somewhere else if I can't get into my mail!! Now, you want my phone number updated or I can't read my mail...why does everyone want to have your phone number these days? Selling it to advertisers, etc.? Knock it off!! It's invasion of my privacy.

  5. Can not open the billing page to update credit card. Guess you don't want the money

    Need access to billing. Tried multiple times. Very frustrating. AOL is just not worth the effort.

  7. I can't send pictures in emails

    When trying to send pictures in email they go into cyber space and won't send. After 5 minutes you give up and try to close it and it said WRITE MAIL HAS CHANGED DO YOU WANT TO SAVE IT? When you check yes there is nothing in the draft box. WHATS GOING ON HERE! I need this to work this is my business to send pictures either fix it or give me the old version back I had no problems with that.

  11. My email signature is screwed up!!!!!

    Fix my email ASAP. I am a business and I need to send out a very important email to a client and each time I try a mail signature from some Talbot company in Ft. Lauderdale, FL keeps coming up. I live in Surprise AZ. I checked my email signature and it is not my signature. What is going on?????

  12. Duplicates when saving drafts

    I know you will mark this as a "duplicate" and close comments. Your latest response was to uncheck the box for automatically saving emails is to uncheck the box for saving drafts. I have done this and the problem continues!! i have talked to tech support and the problem continues!!

  14. Slow receiving mail? Why is my email not being received in a reasonable amt of time?

  15. why when i hit delete in mail it deletes 2 emails sometimes.

  16. I keep checking but none of my missing emails have come through...

    Is there someone out there playing God with emails? Why is only junk getting through, thankfully not all that much as compared to normal, but where's my PayPal confirmations? Where's the pics from my sons' graduation? Where's my support tickets? Where's the response from several of the agencies I've contacted? Who decides what emails I can receive, because it certainly seems like someone is doing something to stop these things...

  17. Can't type inside the address bar and BCC bar

    Hi. I need help. I can't type anything inside the address book bar and BCC bar but when typing in the mail content it's all good. Already called tech support and they did all the troeble shooting but same thing kept happening. Please refer to case - 05548658. This is very urgent. Thanks!

  18. Make email work, more than about half the time.

    Fix the bugs. About half the time when I try to send or save an email, I get a message that I should "try again in about 5 minutes." That is unacceptable.
