I can't send emails from AOL. It closes AOL when I hit "Send"

Zoom range constantly changes back to 100% even though I try to keep it at 125%
Also, Forward/Back buttons don't work on my mouse, yet it works on all my other browsers, ie: Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.

When I need one of my online vendor accounts to send me a link in order to reset my password...and it comes from an automatic system...It never comes through! I've contacted you on this issue before. I give them my gmail address now. AOL GOLD holds me captive until I call 1800 number. What you can do is fix this Once stellar software
it takes forever to load, it has way to many ad's and it holds me captive till i call an 800 number abut virus detection.

AOL claims I'm from the UK? What in the World are they talking about? I was born and raised in Colorado and have lived here all my life!
This is NOT an idea, this is a COMPLAINT! I've been a paying member of AOL since it was in existence. I tried to "chat" with them and THEY claimed I'm from the UK, even though I was born in the U.S. and have lived here my whole life! What is wrong with Verizon and Gold. It sucks!

I can't check my multiple AOL screen names from my phone anymore. Samsung wants me to sign a form giving it the right to read all my AOL emails. AOL already reads all my emails now and Samsung is trying to steal the data that AOL sells or uses to entice advertiser to place ads on AOL. I down loaded the AOL Mail app but so far I can only download this AOL screen name.I sent AOL a message to upgrade their mobile app.
