General
Make things easier. Sometimes wen I sign on, it asks 4 my finger print? What is that? I just start over and it goes online. Sometimes I worry. These EX-AOL employees who took my INFO w/ them wen they terminated ripped me off 900 dollars last year and keep calling me and want me 2 go on computer w/ them. I will not. I learned the hard way. Changed my pass words and took check mark out of remember me. Thats how thay were getting on. real ********* that worked 4 AOL. and thats illegal 2. :-)

Your "technicians" COULD NOT SOLVE my fairly simple issue of not being able to reset my settings so I can view a short video embedded in the
Provide competent technicians who know their way around AOL...!!! We searched for AN HOUR with two "technicians", neither of which could solve this simple issue. AN HOUR...!!!! They clicked on all of the places I did, searched the same places I searched WITH NO RESULTS...!!!!!!!!! Time to leave AOL after many decades of loyalty.....

the subject line on AOL Desktop Gold is very small and there is no way to adjust the font size.

I am VERY tired of seeing parasite ads with ridiculously large worms coming out of a partially clothed female.

Problems with AOL Desktop Gold
As a subscriber from the beginning, I don't care about so-called benefits. What I DO care about is the following:
Stop the literally thousands of pornographic "dating" and myriad other types of spam messages from arriving DAILY in my mailbox. Most of them come from Japan, The Netherlands, Russia, and Google mail (gmail).
As a paying subscriber, please stop the inane Google and other sponsored ads from inundating every square inch of whitespace on AOL Desktop Gold.
DO NOT change anything on AOL Desktop Gold without notifying your paying subscribers first.
Give paying subscribers the option of deleting the "Welcome"…

I am unable to complte a recaptcha authorization and get the same msg. That my computer is sending out automatic queries and its rejected.
I am on the line with AOL tech support right now. They are telling me their is no fix it for this

Give us a free option and make the subscriptions optional
I got to download desktop gold but its really irritating that i am only limited to just the browser and like 3 or 4 or so features unless i pay money, so i want the option for all of it to be free and the option to pay will still be there just....not be the solution to use it...cause why do i have to pay 6$ just to hear some nostalgia ?.

mail window does not resize from the side
My mail window will resize from the top & bottom but will no longer resize from each side. Looks like you killed the side resizing so as to make a larger advertising window on the right side of the screen. This is unacceptable. Bring back the option to resize the sides of my mail window.

Window size
I do not have an option to change the window sizes in aol gold. The option doesnt show up in the settings or anywhere else.The windows size just doesnt stay set as i put it.

If I had to rate customer service at AOL is would be a CAPITAL F FOR FAILURE !!! HORRIBLE I WOULD FIRE ENTIRE STAFF
