  1. No contact with America for help from any of the outsourced call centers . Nor any contact to American AOL in any look up online .

    No phone contact absolutely forbidden in America - All outsourced Countries AOL Call centers are not allowed to connect to America .
    They also can not call us back here in America when we are cut off
    in the middle of getting help over phone contact . Click Click then three more and Ooops DIAL TONE . No case no. # offered to follow up on issue called for help . Start over , wait forever to get help and then cut off permanently . Start over again . I needed Level 2 tech support NOT OFFERED . Vicious circle…

  3. In April I asked to discontinue System Mechanic, as I already had a separate System Mechanic account. Why am I being billed now??????

  7. tryihng to save proof of a bank checking deposit,, HOW ???

  8. when i open an email with a video link a pop up window opens stating that i need to download flash player. Flash player is already installed

I have downloaded flash player over 20 times, i have reloaded desktop gold, I have cleared my cashe and I cant get the STUPID message from popping up and blocking access to my email. Please REMOVE the predatory flash player script from desktop gold.

  12. Keeps telling me my password and verification code are invalid

    It keeps telling me that both password and code are invalid. Too, why isn't the verification code sent to my e address instead of Mary Nell's e address. She's in Colorado, I'm in Scottsdale, Arizona ?

  13. The "News (12)" link takes us to news, but only 7 posts, not 12. Where are the other 5?

    Why are posts missing? News (12) shows there are 12 posts on the subject of News, yet 5 are missing, including mine. I saw it earlier but 10 minutes later, it isn't there. Where are these missing posts?

    On your supposed support page, their is a spot that says, email to contact AOL support but there is NO way to access it! Cannot open any new emails! Paying for AOL GOLD for what?
