It’s automatically quit
Automatically application is quitting... can you improve its stability...
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data -
IPad update works poorly for AOL email ;(

Thanks for the feedback. We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would. But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

Unable to attach file attachment
I am currently unable to attach document files to my emails using AOL Mobile. Not sure if I’m doing anything wrong. Never had this problem in the past. Please advise.
In the AOL App you can only add photos or videos.

App says try again!
I’ve tried logging into my email through the app since it would be more convenient. Email and the password is correct but every time I try to sign in it ends up saying “there was a problem, please try again later.”

Logging out of emails
Have an icon to log out if emails either on the screen for reading emails or in settings. It is well neigh impossible to find how to log out.
To sign out please follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings, the gear icon
2. Manage Accounts
3. Edit and then tap Remove -

How can I delete more than 1 email at a time? Or empty folders?
I can’t find any way to get rid of my 4000 emails except one at a time. Then hoe do you get rid of deleted emails?
Here is how to delete multiple emails:
1. Tap the Mail icon in the AOL app.
2. Tap the folder your message is in.
3. Tap the box next to the messages you want deleted.
4. Alternatively, tap Select All after selecting the first message.
5. Tap the Delete icon at the top of the screen.

No Subject When Reply or Forward Emails
I spoke to AOL technical support and followed their suggestions to fix the problem. I was unsuccessful. Please fix the problem which is that the subject from the original email disappears when I reply or forward that original email. The subject line comes up “(no subject)” on the reply or forward email.

Why am I being logged out of my email????
Everyday I find that the APP has logged me out! What’s going on??? AOL has gone downhill fast!

Email disappearing to trash
I’m sick of my emails being sent to the deleted file after I open them. Please do something about this.
This issue might be a result of using POP to access your mail from a 3rd party app. Please check your email apps (Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird or native mobile email apps).
Also, make sure that you do not have a filter set up to move Sent mail to another folder, or to delete mail from the Sent folder after a certain amount of time. -
15.4.1 glitch
Ever since my phone updated to iOS 15.4.1 my aol kicks me out constantly. I did a hard shut down on my phone and it still didn’t help. Pleas fix!

Cannot delete unused folders.
The feature about editing folders is not available using the AOL App. In order to manage your folders, please access mail.aol.com from a desktop computer.

I have called and searched..no one has helped me. The appearance of my email address is wrong when I send a email. How do I changed it?
You may want to try changing your Display Name. Go to https://help.aol.com/articles/aol-mail-mail-settings and expand Display and Sound Settings | How do I change my Display Name?
If you’re using your email on different platforms (such as a smartphone, tablet, or Outlook) please check your settings on any email program to make sure that you haven’t changed your display name associated with it.
