  3. No sounds with iOS 17 upgrade

    Once I upgraded to the IOS 17 I’ve lost my sounds on my aol app. Settings are correct. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. And checked the iPhone sound settings. Still not working! Thank you!

  4. Notifications/Badges Don't Clear

    Notifications and app icon badges don't clear automatically if an email message is read on another device.

    Let's say you receive an email while you're sitting at your computer. Both the computer and your iPhone will notify on new mail. If you now read the email on your computer, the AOL mobile application never checks again to see if that message was marked as read, so the notifications stay raised until the user clears them. App badge also shows prior unread count and requires an inbox refresh to update. Seems like a minor fix, but it would greatly improve QoL.

  5. Stop changing the colors of the flagged messages to red....I use a certain color for certain messages!!! I'm 79 and really want the flags to

  6. News Doesn’t work anymore

    News doesn’t work anymore. At first, it just would t refresh. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it’s completely blank and doesn’t work at all.

  8. AOL app doesn’t show the email

    In the AOL app while having the seperate folders new mail and old mail the emails don’t show up but when switching to the unified folders they show up.

  9. Option to turn off news

    The news is a horrible and triggering feature that should have an option to be turned off or at least customized accordingly. I am not a fan of opening the app to news everytime and having to close my eyes just to get to my inbox. Please fix this, I'm not the first to be concerned about this feature.

  10. Make the aol app mail only

    Have the option to remove the tabs at the bottom of the app so it’s only mail. Also have the ability to open links in mail I’m safary on iPhone.

  11. Go to NEXT message after delete, rather than go PREVIOUS

    When I delete a message it goes BACK to the the PREVIOUS message instead of going to the next!!!

    PLEASE fix!!

  12. Search for email on iPhone stopped working

    The email magnifying glass search on my iPhone app won’t work. Instead it takes me to a screen that asks “ Enable smart features to see detailed contact cards Information won't be shared with 3rd parties” and seems to give two choices “Turn on”’or “Learn more” - but if I select turn on it still doesn’t let me search.
    This seems to be a recent issue. Seems to be an issue on iPhone but not iPad.

  13. Just installed ISO 18.1 on my Ipad, I can view my email but freezes when trying to return to home screen.

    Seems like a bug not addressed with 18.1 update. Update app. to work as previously intended.

  16. Keep my registered pass word. I am getting my emails in android phone but not on apple (iOS) divides for last week
