"Oath" box is annoying and won't go away!
Stop with the "Oath Partners" agreement box every time I try to go to AOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't give a **** about Yahoo or any of your "partners".

On the weather you report it in Cenigrade, I believe we use Fahrenheit. Why are you so stupid? Never in my life have I seen such an incompetent bunch of idiots as you at AOL. Since Oath took over too much has gone downhill. It is only getting worse, not better.
AOL should be paying us and not the other way around.Please access weather report on aol.com and under the search bar, you should have two option: F and C. Select F which is from Fahrenheit.

AOL/Verizon Mail —
I use AOL/Verizon e-mail. To receive my mail I use Outlook (Mac) for my desktop email client. My setting is to NOT leave a copy of my mail on the server. Up until this week that worked fine.
Now rather then follow the instruction the AOL server leaves a copy in the trash. This is unacceptable because, if I got into my I-phone mail or my iPad mail all the trash items download into my email application. This uses up my data plan and causes a lot of extra work to delete the trash items that total in the hundreds…
Check the Incoming mail server settings in your email application, and make sure they match the IMAP/POP settings in the section titled “Update server settings” from the following help article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-set-up-other-email-applications-to-send-and-receive-my-verizon-net-mail
The incoming and outgoing mail servers require SSL enabled for all ports, and also the username field in the account setup, needs to contain your full email address, including @verizon.net at the end.
In case your server settings are correct, open the link below (and sign in if necessary), and make sure the option “Allow apps that use less secure sign-in” is turned ON.

After this turning ON this option, check if your mail application is able to connect. If the problem persists, verify if the “Two-step verification” option on the Account Security page (the URL above) is turned ON or OFF.

I received a letter that said my aol.com account would be deactivated. Must be spam, but who do I contact?

Encryption issue on microsoft platform and into the webmail and aol desktop gold.

I have not been able to delete my email messages for a while now. A message keeps coming up saying that a problem was encountered.

Develop the capability to add a Logo to my outgoing signature. Every other email service has this capability.
Every time I send an email there is an automatic signature including my name, business address, etc.
I would like to add my Logo to that automatic signature.If you do not have a picture in your current signature, you will need to reset your Webmail preferences. Go to mail.aol.com, hold down the Shift key and click on the AOL logo. A new page will come up with the option to reset the webmail preferences. Please click the Reset button.
Afterward, send a test email without setting a signature. Once the email is sent, you should receive a pop-up to set your signature, this is the only way you will be able to add pictures in the signature. -

AOL News pictures do not match up with headlines/story summations. Pictures would change but not the headlines/story summations.
Don't know why your front page headline pictures do not match with headlines/story summations. Pictures kept changing but headline/story summation remain stuck.
A browser’s cache stores temporary website files which allows the site to load faster in future sessions. This data will be recreated every time you visit the webpage, though at times it can become corrupted. Clearing the cache deletes these files and fixes problems:
