Fix Instructions
Please correct your instructions on how to restore Contacts. When I click on the contact setting - There is NO "More" button to use to retrieve the restore option. From my MAC

An opening page at beginning prevents going to emails directly..and too few fonts
Get rid of that opening page and the next one and let users go directly to email.'

YAHOO, INC. EMAIL IS TERRIBLE!! I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY VERIZON EMAIL ACCOUNT SINCE YOU SWITCHED FROM AOL TO YAHOO, INC. RE: NOTHING WORKS, I CAN'T EVEN DELETE MESSAGES FROM MY INBOX. I'M PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR AN EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT'S UNUSABLE. PERHAPS FILING AN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND FTC COMPLAINT WILL MOTIVATE VERIZON TO SWITCH CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF AOL AS PER CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS.

I don't use Twitter ( too many poor quality exchanges) or Facebook ( privacy issues), so if you wish to get the information you suggest you might like, in the below message, and in the related reply sent simultaneously, just provide a proper email address and case numbers etc. for the exchanges.
ie - the Old Ways do work. = Your innovations are valueless. And your long term policies of blocking contact and minimising support are now "reaping their reward"?

I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay
I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.

You need more options for AOL Help.
I don't use Twitter or Facebook. Have AOL Help available at the AOL Website and make it useful.

Bring back the old format. Attachments get lost in the new format. It's IMPOSSIBLE to easily conduct an email search!

Use humans when the robot fails. Sometimes AOL fails to create a new line with the [Enter] key, but the help robot couldn't recognize that,

AOL DELETED ALL OF MY INBOX
Aol is already struggling to maintain Users and they literally deleted my entire mailbox because I had not logged in in a while. This includes correspondence that goes back 20 years!! From people that are no longer living! What an EPIC FAIL!!! Tech has no way to restore them which is also an EPIC FAIL as every computer on the planet has a back up system. SO irate I can't even speak. It is totally unacceptable to delete Users messages!!! Shame on you AOL and will never recommend your platform.
