Unable to reach you by phone
I have been tryingf to contact AOL all morning but the recording is not responding. "Please say the first three letters of your email address" . I kept saying them and getting a repeat over and over. I am paying for my AOL subscription and am fed up! Running out of time now, having wasted half the morning.
I finally got through by asking for billing instead of Tech support. The wait time is 20 minutes. Dont have time and will likely drop AOL soon as I am wasting $5 month.180th ranked -

Why does AOL not care about its customers? I went on Chat. I gave 6 different verification codes and all 6 are invalid. I cannot use AOL DESKTOP GOLD 11.0.2510.0 on Windows 11. My Benefits Page gives me an option to purchase Desktop Gold for a monthly charge. I already pay $21.00 / month for a service that is giving a lousy time. I NEED HELP!!!

Please provide a way to contact AOL technical staff *in writing*
My phone number is useless for verification because AOL insists on adding a spurious zero between my country code and area code. The phone number AOL tries to message is invalid, so the verification messages never arrive.
The chat is useless and refers me to the telephone support, but no first-level support employee will be able to do anything about this, which is clearly due to a mistaken assumption by developers. Only a written problem report has any chance of being relayed to development. How about it?180th ranked -

Case #22975421. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH AOL APP ON MY PHONE. I can log into AOL on my computer but not on my phone. AOL Conversations switches me to the UK version when I click on replies. My profile is correctly set to English - United States.
I've tried to correct this using AOL Help's suggestions. When I called them, they hung up in the middle of the conversation.

Datamask does not install properly. I have screenshots showing installation is compromised.

AOL, I keep responding to you HERE, at Feedback. I am not on X, I don't DM. Please help me and all the others who have complained about this constant problem, as I have described below.

Rejected for no reasons given with no appeals by AOL
My comment account has also been rejected for NO GOOD REASON & I have not misused any of the guidelines listed. No profanity, threats, lies, vulgar languish OR starting a fight on purpose. This is not how to treat a 20 plus year PAYING customer. All comments , Even praise, Is now rejected without a warning, A reason,a notice, & any appeals I have made go unanswered by AOL. I guess your not interested in my business anymore. I'll find another server.
