  1. Your comment editing software needs a serious adjustment. You rejected the following comment which makes no sense whatsoever.

    The Amazon region has beautiful vegetation but the fertile soil is relatively soft and I would guess percolation testing was not employed before approving development. I hope to see additional articles related to these sink holes and it would be best for those living on the edge to call friends and relatives for temporary housing. These craters will not be the last.

  4. HEADERS AND FOOTERS DO NOT PRINT OUT ENTIRELY IN WINDOWS 11

    Moved to Windows 11 from 10. Headers and footers do not print out entirely in printing out e-mail now. They only did before when printing e-mail in quick print mode. But Windows 11 eliminated quick print.

  6. Unable to reach you by phone

    I have been tryingf to contact AOL all morning but the recording is not responding. "Please say the first three letters of your email address" . I kept saying them and getting a repeat over and over. I am paying for my AOL subscription and am fed up! Running out of time now, having wasted half the morning.
    I finally got through by asking for billing instead of Tech support. The wait time is 20 minutes. Dont have time and will likely drop AOL soon as I am wasting $5 month.

  7. 4 phone calls with 20 minute + waits and no tech support

    Why does AOL not care about its customers? I went on Chat. I gave 6 different verification codes and all 6 are invalid. I cannot use AOL DESKTOP GOLD 11.0.2510.0 on Windows 11. My Benefits Page gives me an option to purchase Desktop Gold for a monthly charge. I already pay $21.00 / month for a service that is giving a lousy time. I NEED HELP!!!

  13. Please provide a way to contact AOL technical staff *in writing*

    My phone number is useless for verification because AOL insists on adding a spurious zero between my country code and area code. The phone number AOL tries to message is invalid, so the verification messages never arrive.
    The chat is useless and refers me to the telephone support, but no first-level support employee will be able to do anything about this, which is clearly due to a mistaken assumption by developers. Only a written problem report has any chance of being relayed to development. How about it?

    Case #22975421. VERY FRUSTRATED WITH AOL APP ON MY PHONE. I can log into AOL on my computer but not on my phone. Endless cycle of uninstalling the app, re-installing, changing the password, and all I keep getting is an endless cycle of trying unsuccessfully to log-in to my email dozens of time and getting a white screen at news feed page (no news or anything shows) and a solid black screen on email log in screen (can't get beyond this screen).   18. AOL Conversations switches me to the UK version when I click on replies. My profile is correctly set to English - United States.

    I've tried to correct this using AOL Help's suggestions. When I called them, they hung up in the middle of the conversation.

  19. Datamask does not install properly. I have screenshots showing installation is compromised.
