  2. why am I blocked from entering comments in news stories ?

    Something has changed recently for comments in news articles. If I click on read all comments, it just take me to another page of the same content. I also can't post in comments section. What's up ?

    I want to take the time to praise one of your excellent employees...Gandi. He not only is very knowledgable in his field, but also a very patient and kind human being.   5. You SERIOUSLY need to hire a capable or reasonable editor or a proof reader/ad exec

    I have worked at all of the above and your articles/writers are SO exceptionally poorly educated or completely lack common sense, integrity, ability to spell or write a grammatically correct phrase or sentence, much less an ARTICLE.....

    I am am available on a freelance basis.... !!!!!

    One way or another, as the longest running "website" and provider.... you must be more cautious of the vendor site to affiliate yourselves with.

    They speak volumes about your reliability(rather than ad money"..... Do you want to be taken as a "credible" website or not???????

  6. Make it possible for ALL MY EMAILS, NEWS STORIES, ETC., APPEAR LARGE FONT AND IN BOLD. R AND IN BOLD

    USING CAPS MAKES IT EASIER TO READ. DOES NOT INDICATE HOSTILITY OR ANGER.
    PLEASE MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH LIMITED EYESIGHT TO HAVE ALL WRITING IN LARGER FONTS (18 GREAT) AND IN BOLD. JUST LIST OPTIONS SIMPLY SUCH AS: WANT LARGER FONT? WANT IN BOLD? WANT EVERYTHING IN BOLD AND LARGER FONT? MAKE IT THIS SIMPLE. I AM 86.

  8. As Usual AOL creates two problems when there is only one.

    I am a paying member so AOL offers live help. But one has to wait forever for the live help, so in addition to seeking a solution AOL frustrates the user by being forever creaky in its response.

    Suggestion #1. Since live help is wasteful of the users time, why not provide a link for email directly on the "seeking help" page.

    Suggestion #2. Why I'm writing this in the first place. I am getting increasing numbers of SPAM with the address that starts out UnknownSender@.... The remainder of the address varies. Is there some way I can automatically…

  9. Increase tech knowledge/level for Help Desk

    There ought to be a way for Tech Assistant on a call to refer a problem to a certified webmaster. We experienced a problem whereby the email auto-complete for an address would ONLY print BOTH the Contact Name and the Email address. This made it impossible to send certain group messages when I only wanted folks to see email addresses, not names. The telephone tech assistant did all she could AND received NO HELP from whoever the Level One person was.   12. You sent out messages that might as well have been in a foreign language. I guess I will have to see what happens at the end of October.

    We're not all Computer savy. I can drive my car, but I can't begin to understand how to change oil, sparkplugs, brake fluid, etc. Think about it! I've stayed with AOL since the 90's, and have even paid for access all these years, even though I've been told by others I'm wasting my money. I've paid thinking you would take care of changes etc.

  15. Do you ever think it would be possible to actually get to a website when searching instead of going page to page to page.

    Open up a particular website and you have 10 other site possibilities show up on the next page. Open one of those and your have more websites. Open one of those and you have more. You just never get to any usable website. You could easily spend an hour or more opening website after website that just yields more pages of websites.
    It is truly an exhausting experience trying to get anywhere.

  16. Allow the "From" button work to alphabetize emails

    I was always able to keep my emails down to a manageable number because it was easy to delete emails once they are alphabetized. Now the From button does nothing.

  20. Please provide a way to contact AOL technical staff *in writing*

    My phone number is useless for verification because AOL insists on adding a spurious zero between my country code and area code. The phone number AOL tries to message is invalid, so the verification messages never arrive.
    The chat is useless and refers me to the telephone support, but no first-level support employee will be able to do anything about this, which is clearly due to a mistaken assumption by developers. Only a written problem report has any chance of being relayed to development. How about it?
