  2. 10-8-23 My feedbacks deleted

    10-8-23 all my feedback deleted regarding you harassing and terrorizing me. Asking for phone verification code is unnecessary pain for users. Apparently, we cannot complain because you deleted all negative feedback. It terror on steroids.

  6. People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it

    Return to the old format! Please! I refer to previous emails that are stored, and now they are not available. I know it's Tues or Wed, you don't have to tell us! The photo "preview" is horrendous. Can't delete and have to open each one to see. A photo of a foot? Really?

  9. Better help on phone calls for help

    My Favorites folder lost all of my folders ever since the "upgrade" to email. Called help and got some one who cannot speak english very well then my call was disconnected. Needless to say I got no help and still do not have my folders. I've been a member since 1997.

  16. HELP!!!!!!

    Just got off phone with AOL chat to TRY to solve problem So far ~ zilch
    technician got access to my computer and now 1; I Can't bring up "sent Mail 2,cannot send E-mail 3 Cannot recieve e mail (I had someone try) Whatta mess leading up to all this and all I ended getting is that someone will call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111.

    How long does it take to fix this application?? Even if I try the paid help service, it's the same answer - "We don't have an ETA for a fix."

    make it easier! it's impossible to EASILY FIND HOW TO CONTACT ANHYONE AT AOL

    I'm now being told I've asked to deactivate my AOL email account. of course, this is not true where is the help? who do I contact? why do I even have to ask?
