  1. Teach customer service skills.

    Stop trying to "up sell $29.99" services to people on Social Security who have been customers for over 20 years. Your agents are far more interested in making you $$$, than helping the people around when you were the "top dog" of email. Shame on you

  2. fix font size stability

    Changing font size fails to stay put in writing new mail. 5 helpers could not fix this. SO FIX IT. I WANT FONT SIZE TO STAY WHERE I PUT IT IN WRITING AND READING MAIL. DOES NOT WORK. HELP IS UNABLE TO FIX IT.

    THERE ARE AUTO ADDED EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT I WANT TO GET RID OF HOW DO I DO THAT - IF AN EMAIL COMES TO ME IT'S EMAIL SENDING ADDRESS IS APPARENTLY SAVED AND IS THEN SUGGESTED AND THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO GET RID OF IT - IF THERE IS I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW - IT IS NOT IN MY CONTACTS IT IS AN AUTOGENERATED SUGGESTION BECAUSE THAT EMAIL ADDRESS HAD SENT ME ONCE AN EMAIL

  4. I am so tired of posting replies to articles on AOL and immediately they are rejected. an post yes or no and immediately they are reject

    Every time I post on an article--it's rejected immediately. I appeal and am supposedly to get a reply--I never do--I could post yes or no and right away--it's rejected. I see so much worse than what I could post and they are okay--so please fix this. I am about ready to leave AOL because of this.

    10-8-23 all my feedback deleted regarding you harassing and terrorizing me. Asking for phone verification code is unnecessary pain for users. Apparently, we cannot complain because you deleted all negative feedback. It terror on steroids.

  10. People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it

    Return to the old format! Please! I refer to previous emails that are stored, and now they are not available. I know it's Tues or Wed, you don't have to tell us! The photo "preview" is horrendous. Can't delete and have to open each one to see. A photo of a foot? Really?

  13. Better help on phone calls for help

    My Favorites folder lost all of my folders ever since the "upgrade" to email. Called help and got some one who cannot speak english very well then my call was disconnected. Needless to say I got no help and still do not have my folders. I've been a member since 1997.

  20. HELP!!!!!!

    Just got off phone with AOL chat to TRY to solve problem So far ~ zilch
    technician got access to my computer and now 1; I Can't bring up "sent Mail 2,cannot send E-mail 3 Cannot recieve e mail (I had someone try) Whatta mess leading up to all this and all I ended getting is that someone will call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111.
