GARBAGE PROGRAMMING FAULTS IN NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE and useless means of contact
Response to the below email.
I don't use Twitter ( too many poor quality exchanges) or Facebook ( privacy issues), so if you wish to get the information you suggest you might like, in the below message, and in the related reply sent simultaneously, just provide a proper email address and case numbers etc. for the exchanges.
ie - the Old Ways do work. = Your innovations are valueless. And your long term policies of blocking contact and minimising support are now "reaping their reward"?

Return to old mail!! Or make the new version more user friendly.
Mt biggest pet peeve is the handling of the mail I use my Ipone to access and delete my mail as I see fit. My husband ises the desk top computer. When I delete an email it is not removed from the desk top computer!! Then I have to go on there to manage my mail all over again, What WASTE of time and SO frustrating for me and mu husband. Spam box has not shown how many emails inside of the Spambox
A lot of my emails went into spam box and the spam box doesn’t shown how many email inside of the spam box. Is AOL designed it in purpose?
