  1. AOL im Jahr 2025 wie im Jar 2001

    Wieso warnt Ihr einen nicht SOFORT, wenn der Anhang zu groß ist. Wieso muss ich erst Minutenlang warten, bis mir ein Mailer Demon sagt, dass die Mail zu groß ist. Im Jahr 2025, das ist ja heftig. Es gibt 3D Drucker, aber euer E-Mail Dienst kriegt es nicht hin, einen einfach direkt zu warnen, wenn der Anhang zu groß ist. AOL ist wirklich im Jahr 2001 hängen geblieben, Wahnsinn.

    Subscription emails should be in a separate kind of inbox. I can't even find legitimate emails anymore because they get barried by my subscriptions which are more of a casual thing for me to read.

    Get rid of that “Is it really you” ****. Yes it’s really me. I KNOW MY PASSWORD THEREFORE IT IS ME. NOW LET ME INTO MY ACCOUNT. If I wanted extra security measures when I sign in ID ENABLE 2 STEP VERIFICATIONS YOU DUMB RETARDS. The fact that I don’t have it enabled means that I DONT WANT ANY EXTRA SECURITIES MEASURES.     I have aol as my secondary email provider, and I have realised that you have to manually add each contact. This would make it very easy to import my contacts! P.s. Your email interface works very well on my flip phone, thanks for that!

  10. Selecting all email to delete

    I just got a new phone, and after downloading this app, I have over 4,000 emails in my inbox that were NOT there yesterday. In order to delete them I have to physically select each and every one of them. Lame.... the app I had on my old phone, had an ALL box you could select, so you could delete them all. Much faster. Please include this in your next update. 🤔😒🙄

  12. Hire Actual Human Beings

    Hire actual people to assist customers. Many issues do not fall into your "pretty box of topics."
    I just spent 15 minutes with the response, "Sorry, I didn't quite get that." I know that- you responded the same way eight times. How many tries does it take to grab a human (contract or otherwise) to take a GD call?

  13. Block an entire domain

    Allow users an easy way to block an entire domain to eliminate spam in situations where the spammer changes a single digit in the name of the email, but the domain remains the same. AOL used to allow global domain blocks using *@hateddomain.org as an example. Or allow users to enter just the domain name, in this case: @hateddomain.org. The goal is to stop all email sender addresses from that domain.

  14. Forceful Ads

    Please stop making the mail viewing experience stressful by trying to force Ads on customers. If one does not like an Ad and gives feedback they do not prefer it, stop forcing that same ad on a person.

  15. Removing as a whole after unscribing them

    I’m not telling you I’m demanding you ! Add to senders a feature wear when I unscribe it removes all previous emails. I mean it!

  16. I don't appreciuate you storing my contacts and not alowing ne to change it. The instructions you provide are either outdated or incorrect.

    Make it easier to remove auto stored contacts. I didn't ask you to do it in the first place.

  19. We should be able to see if someone read our email or not

    Be able to check our sent emails to see if they were opened or not. I remember back in the day you didn't have to download anything, you could just check and see if someone read your email. Now, all the sudden, we have to download things?! Why?? Why don't you just fix your software so we don't have to download anything. And in doing it that way would make us trust it more. You just want us to download something for no good reason. That's the way I see it. You can easily do it yourself, but you want…
