I want old email format back
I want the old format back where I can get a preview of what is contained, a preiew, of each email. I want the pop-up adds GONE. Please.

My dad had multiple sclerosis and died very slowly over a course of the last 25 years.
We sent emails to each other, and they were the highlight of my life. They gave me hope that keeps me alive every day.
I went to go print them out -and they’re gone. Just gone.
What an awful thing to do to people. I see others on here experiencing the same thing.

You sell my email address to a vicious **** email address, which I never in a million years signed up for,, why are you sending me this???
Really vicious and horrible emails come through that I would NEVER sign up for

Can't log out. Ask if want to, say yes., it repeats question.
Can't log out when select log out, takes me to a screen to confirm. I said yes log out, just keeps asking the same question over and over. Never logs me out of my aol email.

Blocked contacts
Why on God's green earth, can you not view your blocked contacts on a phone. For some reason you have to be on a computer to view your blocked contacts, & I dont have a computer, so I have no way of receiving an important email, from a contact that may have been blocked

Hello, I have been a customer with AOL since your company took over the accounts for Verizon.net.
8-31-2026 - I just tried to access my email AOL account and a pop up stated I need to use iOS17 or higher.
I can only access my emails through my iPhone 8, which is only iOS16.7.16.
Please help. I am not able to access emails, anymore. Very frustrating!!

Calendar Timezone Okay but Time Stamps Wrong
I have followed the instructions for changing my time zone on the calendar. My email time stamps are still 4 hours ahead of my time zone. I then tried setting my time zone 4 hours behind my location but the time stamps remain 4 hours ahead. I guess my idea is, can anyone solve this problem? A lot of people seem to have the same problem.
Update: I was unable to correct this for the better part of a year. Shortly after posting this report, I switched from the LibreWolf browser to the Zen browser. This change in browser resolved…

STOP Autocorrect FROM SLURRING!
I am ****** because it seems some covert Nazi has set an algorithm to auto correct the word "like" to the slur "k*ke" in email messages. You all seriously need to stop that. I'm tired of frantically checking every message for that nonsense! That's ridiculous. Autocorrect should eliminate all slurs far as I'm concerned, not generate them!

Hallo es ist nicht mehr lustig, das andauetnd etwas geändert wird, ich bin eine alte kranke Frau von 75 Jahren, bezahle alle Dienste auch das Vodafone was immer unzuverlässigen geworden ist, seit 2 Jahren nur Beschwerden und nichts wird besser, ob egal PC oder TV oder Handy und Festnetz. Ich habe nur Probleme mit allem und bezshle alles.

I was with aol mail for years and got suckered into going with another email provider. Horrible! Glad to be back!!!

It’s perfect the way it is, no issues whatsoever!
I have used AOL mail from the first day I purchased a computer. I find AOL mail to be just great and have never had issues. I also have lots of accounts using AOL, you are my go to email service. AOL is perfect for me and I thank you!
