  2. Fix spam filters

    I've tried creating filters to stop unwanted spam from using AOL.COM address, to no avail. I have to look througj spam folder because sometimes real mail gets dumped in there.

    This spam is BS:

  3. Filter out these sex messages! 🥺

    I am a married woman. And I am also a Christian woman. I keep getting VERY VERY inappropriate emails from sex workers. Are we serious right now aol? This stuff is so disgusting. This is full violation of the trust I have in you guys. My feelings are hurt really bad. I’ve had this account since I was 18 years old. I’m 38 now. You guys are trashing our good 20 year history. I don’t want to see this stuff. I know it’s spam but important messages go there too. Please help this situation for me. I beg of you!

  4. Automatically moving emails out of NEW MAIL to READ

    Why are my emails in New Mail folder moved to READ folder after I open them? This is new and never happened before now. Just WHY do you feel the need to ***** with my email and move things around?

  6. Change Inactivity Deletion Time

    AOL should wait THREE years before erasing/deleting email in an account due to inactivity. AOL should send notices/alerts in advance to email holder to caution/warn about any potential automated/random deletion.

  10. Contacts (Auto-Sync with Google Contacts)

    I like to get rid of my Google and permanently switch over to my AOL account, but can't effectively do it until you provide a way to sync my Google contacts, Calendar, as well as the email account I have. Can you please provide a and automatic syncing of all of these components of my Gmail account, at minimum? This would allow me to permanently migrate over to AOL as you provide all the features that my Gmail account offers.   14. Truly truly truly not a fan of the new email setup, small screen ect.

    Put it back the way it was, stop messing with things that work. The new email box design is really a pain to read, or try to click on to delete ect. Just stop.

  16. My aol account sends code to this account but this account never receives it

    Go into aol account shows sends email to this account but never received it. Now I cannot get my mail and have issue with account. Have had account for over 25 years I use to receive codes and now it’s not working

  20. I have been with AOL for years when i tried to contact AOL it does not recognise either of my emails

    I don't under why yahoo mail has taken over my email unable to get help from AOL.
    Box keeps flashing at the bottom of the screen when I login in boxes flashes quickly stating key chain error.
    Very poor service from aol

    If this keeps on happening I will have to eventually close account not happy
