  1. Netscape and AIM domain obsolescence and email addresses

    I want to delete my netscape.net and my aim.com email addresses. Both domains have been obsolete to the AOL platform for years now. Why can't I delete these emails addresses and just have my AOL.com email address?

  5. Enable Print emails

    Add a "print" button to the smart phone app so we can print emails. It's always been on our laptop version. (Or am I missing something?) Competitor Gmail has a print feature on its smart phone mail app.

  7. Block Spam by DomainName

    Stop mail from AlphabetSoup@DomainName I am so tied of getting the same promotional message from different AlphbetSoup names from the same domainName. I would like to block DomainName. This week, however, AlphabetSoup is using Gmail.com. I have had an AOL email address since 1994 and I would hate to leave, but I am at the verge of deleting account and transferring to my gmail address.

    Today yet again I'm plagued with irritating and annoying spam my private e mail must have been sold on contravening my data protection. I received one mail today from a sex site which I've never used and wouldn't want to. I'm no prude but this is disgracefull I sincerely hope you report this to the authorities it's the lowest of the low absolute **** I'm fuming mad aol has sunk to an all time low its about time you took customer care seriously and listened .

  11. I need access to my emails.

    My email account had been added to my phone accounts and has been stuck for over a year. I am logged into my aol email on my phone and have access to the emails up to the point when it disconnected. The correct login credentials were applied but it has been saying that it can't connect because the credentials were incorrect. I was able to login a couple of times within the past year to check if the login was correct but it still was not able to connect on my phone. I was able to login again today using…

    I think it is an excellent idea. A lot of the messages I receive are just advertisements and I don't have time to read through all of that.

    Hey AOL. I’ve had my email account since I was like 10 or 11. I just logged in for the first time in probably 3-4 years. Thanks for deleting everything I’ve ever received or sent! Wow, what a favor you did! Not like you deleted every single trace of communication I ever had with family members who’ve passed away since.     Bring back other emails under main account holder.
    Way back before 9/11 I had 4 different emails and people in main account.ive lost them and contacts we shared.

    Feedback option is a joke, not taken seriously by AOL. The mail is tedious to use , the filters are useless. Please fix spam issues, listen to the users. I am gradually migrating from AOL because of this annoyance.

  19. Improve setting Mail on Apple devices. I gave up setting it up on my iPad after numerous frustrating hours and now locked out on my iphone

    Online instruction on setting it up are totally useless.
