Fix the glitch when composing a post in an article's comment section.
There's a glitch in your system. For weeks now, whenever you compose a post in the comments section of one of your articles, if someone else posts something, or clicks on a like (thumbs up) or dislike (thumbs down), it continually knocks you out of the composition box. You have to scroll back to it and place the cursor where you left off. Maybe, just maybe, you can type a few more words before it happens again. It is EXTREMELY annoying. Customers have had to complain about this to your IT department before; they're doing plenty of complaining about it…

Fix the problems with the new email format.
I've tried to compose an email, but some reason it wouldn't allow me to do so. Also, I can't info (cc) anyone other than the person I send a reply to. I don't understand why!

Add link for phishing emails separate from spam
While there is a link (button) which allows you to get rid of spam emails, it would be useful to have a separate link which allows the user to identify those emails which are phishing attempts. Acknowledging spam is great, but phishing attempts are a different breed. Having these identified and acted up by the cyber security squad would surely help not only AOL users, but the whole universe. Having these types of emails intercepted prior to getting to our inbox would be of great value to everyone.

Return to the way it was in 2001
I have been a paying member since 2001. This AOL is vastly inferior garbage compared to then. I have lost the ability to access one of my 4 screen names and I NEED it. Your customer service is useless. You have taken away the ability to filter out junk emails. Taken away personal profiles. Taken instant messaging. Algorithm Enhancement
I’ve made numerous suggestions about your comments screening algorithm. One of those was the algorithm screens comments and flags for words used in the article I’m commenting about. There are two issues (at least) with a comment flagged as needing review!!! One, you printed a hateful story that itself violates my sensibilities and standards, and second, words or ideas expressed in the article are flagged as needing review or rejected. AOL is a Propaganda Machine

I have been a paying member of AOL for over 26 years. As such, I believe that I should be able to have ad free service.
Ad free service should be available now for all members who pay a monthly fee. I have been doing so for over 26 years.

Fix your email problem for when 2 people use different ones.
My wife & I both made an account, each one is different on aol, but we only have 1 computer. When I sign into my acct. it says my name at the top.Then when go to email, I end up getting my wife's acct. Can't ever get my email at all. I think I will have to switch to another search engine. Oh yes, I'm familiar with computers and understand search engines. This is something else.
