  1. Shut the **** degrading news off the front page about our President.

    I am sick of turning on AOL and seeing the media lies. I want to remove politics from all pages. We have lost all respect in this country. The news AOL presents is one sided and most of it is opinions, not facts.

    Please either stop the continuous slideshow action or provide a way to turn it Off. I want to be able to click through the story headlines manually. Until this is fixed, I'm not going to be viewing your homepage.

  3. Loyal monthly subscription fee payer since the 80's.

    I'VE BEEN A PAYING SUPPORTER OF AOL SINCE THE 80'S.
    I do not want to leave AOL, but the "delightful experience" you claim is not longer delightful. Paying customers should have some options over those who use AOL free.
    GET RID OF THE ADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. I keep getting a pop up which Apple say is from you. It is “authCLEAR”. How do we stop this?

    Explain to users how to stop the pop up asking if you want to download “authCLEAR” on to your I Pad which Apple Inc. saying is coming from AOL unsolicited?? They have had a number of complaints!!

  6. Why can I no longer read the comments on AOL stories, or contribute to them?

    I've had one or two comments censored by AOL over the entire period of my membership, and I don't know why because I'm a very educated, non-confrontational person. If AOL wanted to delete a comment, I never questioned or challenged it. So what's the deal. Why am I paying AOL a monthly subscription fee if I can't enjoy all its features?

  7. I WILL NOT PAY AOL TO FIX ITS OWN PROBLEMS, EVEN $1. INSTEAD I'M DUMPTING AOL.

    AOL HAS CORRUPTED THEIR OWN PROGRAMS. ALL GAMES ARE REDIRECTED TO ADS. ALL NEWS REDIRECTED TO ADS. CANNOT LEAVE ADS TO PLAY GAMES. I'VE HAD ENOUGH; I'M DROPPING AOL. GOOD RIDDANCE!!

  8. The given wait time estimate is not accurate on your home tech support from assist by aol phone number

    I believe I was given a estimated wait time of 5 or 10 minutes, I waited over 15 minutes and still did not have someone pick up the line. I just wanted to let someone know. Thank you.

  9. Human communication with computer competence

    I just had a really poor "connection" , that is, communication with an Assist by AOL computer technician. He kept talking over me and wanted to solve the problem before he knew what the problem was. He disconnected me while he had access to my Open Computer. I am very concerned. It is impossible to reach a Supervisor at Assis by AOL.

  12. Id like to complain and have the option of a HUMAN 2 look over my comment & tell me where exactly I violated any guidelines!!

    I swear every time I comment about a serious issue like violence in school or where I talk about r@pe culture or sexism, the stupid moderator bot will reject my comment! OR first they might ask if I wanna change it since it might violate guidelines when I know 4 a fact it does NOT violate anything and its nothing I wouldnt say in front of a teacher at school or in front of a court room or the floor of congress!! You people need to provide a way that someone has the option of having their rejected comment looked…
