Hey AOL how come you don't care one **** bit about chasing down senders of bogus AOL spam emails !!! We know It's the reason you don't allow for DIRECT email correspondence with AOL !! Tech support at AOL have no idea what they are doing. They could not even resolve an AOL bug issue
Tech Support people cannot even resolve an AOL bug issue. I am literally paying for a service on AOL that I cannot use. AOL SUCKS

Verify its my account
while logging into mail account I was told of possible fraudulent activity. And needed to use the code you sent. But you sent it to the same account. Luckily I had an optional phone number. Please make the options more user friendly.
I checked, there is no sign of any fraudulent activity. Locking me out of my account is not acceptable. In addition, locking me out for a fake reason is worse.

Aol New Mail has a clean design and useful features, but there are several areas where it could be improved to provide a better user experience.
