  1. Make email messages Wrap to fit window

    As it is, I must use bar to move far to right to see rest of lines. (They are not hidden by ad. or anything, just not in view.) Must move it right then left REPEATEDLY to read down through the email message.

  5. "Remember This Device" No Longer an Option

    When logging into AOL, the two-factor authentication no longer offers a "remember this device" option so I don't have to keep doing it for my home laptop. Can you please put it back? Thanks.

    Aol New Mail has a clean design and useful features, but there are several areas where it could be improved to provide a better user experience.

    First, performance and reliability could be improved. The mail interface can sometimes feel slow, especially when loading folders, searching emails, or switching between messages. Faster loading times and smoother performance would make daily use much more efficient.

  14. More a question - what is up with all the AOL Mail types mobile basic, Noble, Nodin and Norrin?

    Please explain above and are these different systems and why different and how do we know what we have? Makes no sense to me. I have been with AOL since dial-up as American On-line. You keep changing and taking good things away.

  18. I want to go back to standard mail because when I delete mail from the main window it sometimes deletes one that I haven't checked

    I've reported this defect numerous times spanning years, but nobody cares. Now you're forcing me to use your defective new platform because there's no way to revert to standard mail anymore.
