  2. calendar times

    Why can't I just say what time something is? I have a 12:50 PM appointment, and I have to pick either 12:30 or 1:00 out of your list. So what if I would have several short events that would fit inside those times? (Hasn't happened yet, but id could.) And what if I don't know/care when it ends?

  4. This is getting old

    I don't need answers on what I have to do to fix spam. What your consumers need is UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!!! Please, in this day, there is NO REASON why you can't change it to UNLIMITED BLOCKING!!!!!!

    FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. BLOCK Senders: Dear AOL, you are not doing your job. The same senders continue over and over. Something is not working. Please fix this.

    I am not a specialist so I can't give you suggestions. All I know is that my gmail works better.

  6. Signing in is tedious. Too many hoops to jump through.

    I am asked numerous times to verify who I am for both AOL email addresses that I have. Please return or go to a simpler way to let me see my email.

    I am writing to request the ability to sort emails by sender within the Inbox. This functionality would significantly improve efficiency, particularly when reviewing communications from key stakeholders or managing high‑volume correspondence.

  10. creating distribution lists

    I followed the directions for creating an email distribution list, but after adding the emails, the "save" button did not activate, so I can't create the list. I cleared cache, tried creating the list under both Firefox and Chrome, still to no avail. Any suggestions?

  11. Suddenly lot receiving email from my family! What happened? Also can't send mail from my phone to myself.

    Please fix the mail to that I can get messages from my family again. Political mail comes through fine. I don't understand!

  16. I have to reboot my laptop after logging in because too much data is loaded and it crashes Chrome and ever other open program runs slower.

    please reduce the amount of data you load when I login to https://mail.aol.com or allow me to turn off certain features.

    toutes les pubs est autres sont sur ma page principale est tous en Anglais , j'ai au moins 20 Mail par jours sur ma boite d'accueil , rein dans la boite indésirable ou dans la boite spam, le courrier et mal triés.

  19. new format

    The new format is horrible. It hides the old mail, making it harder to find or notice. It shrinks windows that you view content in, and then prompts you to pay for an upgrade so you can view it again. I really regret trying the new format. There was no warning that this was irrevocable. Please offer the old format again.
