accents and diacritical marks
When I am composing a message, why can't I add accents and other diacritical marks? I used to be able to do this. Now I have to pre-type my message and copy it into my email message.

Stop blocking me from sending a link to our products to our clients. THIS IS ********!
I am trying to send our Drop Box link to our clients and it is being blocked from sending as spam. This only started with the new format.

Fix new aol mail to make it possible to add new contacts. I've tried it in 3 browsers and 2 computers. Call the help line.Had to switch back
I tried to add a contact to a list in new aol mail on 2 computers and 3 browsers to no avail. Went into help and found instructions that were impossible to follow. Called the help line and was told all my browsers needed to be cleaned, even in a one week old computer. Switched back to old aol mail and added the contact in 2 minutes. FIX new aol mail PLEASE!

I liked it better when 'Send' was at the top of the page. Now you have to scroll to the bottom and it's depressing in a 'memory lane' way. And it's a hassle.

Use keyboard keystroke functions for ordinary tasks
Be able to use CTRL R for Reply, CTRL Enter for Send and CTRL F for forward without having to click the button for that action.

Depuis quelques temps AOL n'obéit pas à ma volonté :
Dès que saisis une réponse à un mail, le système anticipe mon écriture et propose des mots ou des lettres que je ne veux pas écrire. Par ailleurs, lorsque je veux renommer un objet de classement, il m'impose des noms que je ne désire pas. Par exemple, si je veux nommer un objet de classement "ORGANIGRAM" il va m'imposer "ORGANIGRAMME". Si je tape "GRAM" il va m'imposer "HERBE"

Spam Files Not Able to be Bulk Delete
For whatever reason, your latest change to the software makes it impossible to select all of the mail in the spam mail file so that a person can do a bulk delete. Please fix this ASAP

Can't block a numeric ID that uses different domain names
Filling up block list of same numeric ID that uses different domain names.
Can't add numeric ID wild card domain (e.g., 1234567@.).

The ability to whitelist a domain
Please add the ability to whitelist email domains. I get voicemail to email notifications from my home phone which all go to spam. I have trouble receiving mail from vm.vonage.com and vm.slic.com
