I have SO many different email accounts and phone numbers and somehow got no word that if I didn't log into my email account every 12 months, it would delete 20+ years worth of important emails. I understand server space is limited, but offering a paid plan that prevents this is nasty enough without giving people a chance to know how to prevent losing everything they've ever done.
