Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder
Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …406th ranked -
Body of Email Forwarded to Multiple Recipients Vanishes
Emails forwarded to multiple recipients send without the body of the original content. Attempts to resend these emails with the content intact is blocked by AOL's systems protocols that prevent emails forwarded to large number of recipients from being sent for at least an hour. This is very frustrating.

Email content disappears while in Saved mode.
Emails being forwarded, placed in the Save folder for sending later, due to AOL time restrictions, loses much of the body content of messages and only forwards a portion of the email; typically only attachments.Text and graphics disappear.

*** I second the idea of "Bringing back the old email format" People read from left to right, beginning with dates & times, etc. So, it's illogical to put dates (times) on the right hand side.
*** It's important to allow users to adjust the positions of columns ( like the old days )

Keyboard
Get rid of the split keyboard. Using it takes longer for several reasons. Not only does it take longer because I have to keep moving my focus back and forth from one side side to the other, it continually blocks my view of what I’ve written, finding and correcting mistakes, finding where I left off, rearranging formats, and/or inserting omissions. My messages are not usually short ones and having to go back and forth opening and closing the keyboard is a real pain. Why are Financial Institutions emails being blocked
I came back from a two-week vacation, had my "out of office" reply on, and found snail mail from all my financial institutions with a similar message. All the email notifications of statements being ready for review were bounced back as undeliverable. What is going on? I only have 1 person and zero financial institutions listed as blocked and yet you are returning critical emails and causing havoc for me. I would like this corrected immediately as I could not find a solution listed anywhere.

Have a auto log out of AOL mail account if customer is not active for 10 mins or less for security reason
NOTE: I have noticed for years that Aol does not log you out of your mail automatically when you are not active. I think that as long as AOL has been around and for security purposes, they should incorporate an auto log out feature to protect your security and email accounts. I called AOL technical support and advised them to see if there was a solution for this and they said NO they don't automatically log you out of account! Move or eliminate banner with 5 icons
There is a banner with 5 icons, Contacts, Calendar, Notepad, Questions, Settings. How do I move or eliminate the banner & icons. The purpose is to free up the space to the right of the email in-tray of incoming emails and provide a wider view of the emails to manage more easily.

There is a pop up page when I log in asking for permission to share my data. I keep responding with no, but this nuisance continues.
Just make my decision of either Yes or No permanent and quit asking me every time I sign on. PLEASE!

How about a way to let you know when people are threatening AOL users from an apparent AOL address? You don't care about people phishing from an AOL address?
