When I log on, all my emails are gone. Yesterday a message from AOL told me steps to get them back.....I HAD to include my mobile number. WHY?? Within hours I started receiving phone calls and the caller ID showed MY name and MY mobile phone number. In other words I was calling myself. This had NEVER happened before I had to post it on your website. WHY?? You should act on all the messages you get about how frustrating AOL GOLD is. I have paid for AOL for so many years...and was pleased with it UNTIL you came up…

remove Datamask by AOL
I need to know how to remove DataMask by AOL. After it was installed, PC slowed from 70 download to 9 download speeds. Write mail has been a headache spending more time on correcting words, spaceing and sentence structure. Dell and FIOS say it is the AOL GOLD and DataMask issue. 6 months ago I was on WIN 7 and Gold with no speed or write mail or missing incoming mail. If this is not the problem will reinstall.

Picture and font
Usually when I open up the AOL page, the font is partly hidden, or the picture is cut off, or it too wide to fit this 21 inch screen, and it becomes a constant hassle to always having to readjust the screen size or font size. It would be nice if that was all taken care of as being programmed into the AOL browser, just saying.

When attaching a file in Email (may be via other ways too),
the "OPEN" file was changed in 2475, adding identifying titles..I HATE IT.. I can't find what I'm looking for,, Directories & Files ONLY!!

make it consistent to connect
aol gold is a genuine pain **********. it routinely won't connect even now that i have reinstalled it into my new HP computer 5th generation with Spectrum 5G internet service. Sometimes it will connect the next day-- who knows why. it is very interrupting to my business. Maybe this is a good time to dump aol service.

What is going on with AOL mail??
Often now getting "wait 5 minutes" notice; other options, like address book are not available. Have used AOL over 20 years, but you are going to lose me if this continues.

Font is not legible--help!
The font is barely legible, as you can see. People getting my emails are complaining that they are too difficult to read. I can't read them either. This applies to non-email text on Gold. It looks like pixels are missing. I talked to a techie in Phillipines, but he couldn't fix it. He seemed surprised by my problem and said he had not heard of it before me. He suggested I come to this forum.
