When are all these corrections going to be made?
No offense intended, but my patience with aol gold has worn pretty thin. I saw where an aol person mentioned in their answer to a complaint that it is updated every two weeks. I am still having issues from when aol gold went live that are not fixed!?! The least aol can do is to allow us to use 9.6 until gold functions without a hitch.

Please follow the steps to clear the footprints:
1. Launch AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. In the top menu bar, click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon.
4. Click Browser on the left menu.
5. Click the Security tab at the top of the window.
6. Select the data you’d like to clear.
7. Click Clear Footprints.Please note that after clearing the browser footprints, you will have to re-enter your zip-code on the Welcome Screen.

Emails do not close, do not allow all apps to work on email screen.

AOL several times a day deletes 2 e-mails at a time instead of 1 e-mail. Please fix!!!

Lighten up on customers having to prove who they are to you!
Using a variety of online devices is NOT unusual and is NOT necessarily a security risk worthy of being challenged! At home I have a desktop AND a laptop. At work I use yet another computer. And my cell phone is yet another online device. So PLEASE don't make me run around to a second device just to prove to you that I'm ME!

Every time I clicked on the edit button it will take 3 times to load up the options for copy and paste. Also, sometimes there are broken image of the "write mail".

I can no longer send blind copy emails as I have done for 20 years to a closed group
For 20 years I have sent blind copy emails to 300 or more people that request them. I did this in groups of less than 150. Now AOL won't permit me to send these emails

Computer processor is working too hard
My Computer processor is working too hard, making a lot of noise when ever signed on with AOL Gold. What is your software doing to my computer? The processor is constantly working as if it is computing some complex program or downloading / uploading a huge file/ Even if I am doing nothing. As soon as I sign off or shut down AOL Gold the noise goes away. Earlier versions of AOL did not cause the same symptoms. I am being exposed to harmful noise and my computer is being overworked. WHY?

allow Land line is Voip to be on Desk Top Gold
I have had the same land line phone number for many years and has been VoIP for most of that time. Your software change has now indicated that I can only register wireless phone numbers. This will be a real problem for many of your customers, including me. This needs to be fixed ! ! !

Auto Spell Check does not recognize correctly spelled technical terms & won't send due to "Error" which does not exist !!
Your Auto Spell Check does not recognize technical terms & product names, so it won't send email claiming there is an "Error",.... The error is the stupid spell check, dump it, please, tired of having it refuse to send valid emails out
