just sent 3 more emails from my phone did not receive a one
nothing in spam wanted to save pics of my sons graduation to my pc, but looks like aol is screwing with mail again... made a purchase on ebay last night no email confirming payment, no receipt, requested money be sent to my paypal at 1 am... Never got that email! Requested support from a website 2 days ago never got the instant automated email, no idea if anyone even attempted to assist me, because if they replied to my ticket I NEVER GOT IT!

technical support for aol gold is VERY POOR
i have had a problem on and off since last November ... their answer to me now is to use a different browser ... I have used (and paid for) aol as my browser for over 20 years and this is the technical support I get ... use a different browser ?

I have sent this problem "{"errors":[{"id":"INVALID_CRUMB","title":"invalid crumb"}]}" that appears on my opening the "Welcome" site. I have to close it and reopen it every time. whether it is first opening or when AOL shuts down for non use. The same ERROR appears and again I have to shut down and reopen. Please clear the problem. this is my third request.

Stop blocking me from getting my emails!! I'll go somewhere else if I can't get into my mail!! Now, you want my phone number updated or I can't read my mail...why does everyone want to have your phone number these days? Selling it to advertisers, etc.? Knock it off!! It's invasion of my privacy.

Takes too long for an email to be displayed and read - Welcome Page loads too slowly
If we are paying for AOL Gold then at least provide email that works. It takes too long for an email to open that you want to read. I think it is because of the ad that appears on the right side of the email that takes too long to load.
Also, this morning the signatures I created are no longer there.
Also, many times emails for one screen name appear under the another screen name.
Also, the Welcome Page takes too long to load. I can't do anything else while the Welcome Page is loading.

To truly improve my AOL Deaktop Gold experience, return to any previous version, This one stinks! Error messages are compounding.
Its bad enough to get an error 355 message repeatedly, but now I'm getting 'mail not sent because of an error'. No explanation how to fix it, what the error is, just an error. I'm waiting 3 to 5 minutes for that error to pop up, then I try again, wait again and there is the message again. The mail has not been sent. This version is getting worse instead of better. We have other things to do online than to wait 10 minutes to send one email. This is horrible. And you have the nerve to charge us for…

Copies of Sent Mail do not include in-message Pictures
I automatically save copies of my sent mail. AOL Gold, unlike AOL 9.8, does not show pictures included in the email body of the saved copy. I have to add the pictures back in if I want to send a copy of that email to another individual. This did not have to be done with AOL 9.8.

Unable to sign on to AOL!
For the first 5 or 6 tries I kept getting a white page with nonsense on it after entering my password and trying to sign on. Something new and bad is happening daily! No improvements that I can see which are listed on your Beta Fixes. Just more and more goes wrong with every passing day. This is way too stressful and to add insult to injury we are paying for all of this nonsense. We need to have the old AOL back!

Yes I agree with so many others. Aol gold is terrible, much worse and error prone than the old aol. Can't send files, etc!!!
Yes I agree with so many others. Aol gold is terrible, much worse and error prone than the old aol. Can't send files, pictures, even though they have little data, ect, etc, etc!!! Only sometimes they are sent but always says mailer-demon not sent anyway, etc. My suggestion is to dump old aol and go to gmail, free, no spam, fast, no internet net neutrality limits like aol must be doing. Superspyware of aol creats conflicts and more problems.

I had several of your remote techs trying to correct may problems for me( they worked 2 hrs) they told me it would be worked out as they worked out kinks... It hasnt . I sure hope they can put my picture back and fix my adress book at least.
