    My suggestion would be not to have pop ups, advertisements in the AOL Gold. This is the only reason I have agreed to pay for AOL all these years, because there were no advertisements. I can always go to another search engine to get my Aol., or change plans.

    WHY ARE WE PAYING FOR ADS POPPING UP....??? U CAN HAVE THAT WHEN ITS FREE USING ANY OTHER EMAIL PROGRAM....WE ARE PAYING FOR AOL CUZ IT WORKED AND WE LIKED IT THE WAY IT WAS....

    BRING US BACK THE AOL VERSION BEFORE GOLD....JUST CALL IT AOL GOLD.....

    THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS AND EVERYTHING WORKED!!! IVE BEEN WITH AOL FOR OVER 22YRS AND NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.....

    ESPECIALLY AOL FAVORITES DOESNT WORK RIGHT, ADDRESS BOOK MESSED UP, FONTS MESSED UP, SEARCH BARS ARE LONGER,SHORTENING THE URL BROWSER BAR, MAIL WAITING TO BE SENT IS NOW DRAFTS?? WHY?? THIS ISNT GMAIL.....

    STUFF WAS CHANGED THAT DIDNT NEED TO BE CHANGED...WORKED FOR OVER 2 DECADES JUST FINE.....

    YOU HAVE SO MANY ISSUES WITH AOL GOLD THAT IS WLD JUST BE EASIER TO RESET AOL BACK TO THE 9.8 VERSION!!! NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THAT WORKING VERSION.....I WAS ACTUALLY STILL USING AOL 9.6 CUZ I LOVED IT AND IT STILL WORKED......SO U HAVE 2 WORKING VERSIONS AND WE ARE NOW STUCK USING AOL GOLD THAT DOESNT WORK!

    DOESNT MAKE MUCH SENSE....

    YOUR CALL VOLUME OF COMPLAINTS WLD GO WAAAAAAAY DOWN IF YOU JUST RESET IT BACK TO THE WORKING VERSION OF AOL!!

    I was just trying to read the story about the missing baby, and the story photo was a video loop, and there was a video ad on each side of the picture. That's three (3) moving objects on the screen at once. This is a frequent happening. Very distracting. It seems that AOL is just making changes for the sake of change. It isn't making the use more enjoyable, that's for sure.

    Reduce font size and eliminate ads on the right margin so the incoming email's address can be viewed without expanding the email window every time I want to view my incoming email. Also viewed emails are not moved to the "old" folder.

    Why am I paying to have ads block the content? 7/8ths of the readable content was just covered by ads. Why are we paying for this service when you inundate us with ads? Just make the whole site for free and be done with it. You're driving paying customers away

    IF WE ARE PAYING FOR YOUR PRODUCT WE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO NO ADS..I HAVE BEEN WITH VAOL SINCE IT STARTED..I LOVE GETTING UP AND READING THE STORIES,BUT SINCE ALL THSES ADS I HATE TO EVEN TURN IT ON

    Blue had a few flaws but zero compared to the new Gold....Does OATH need $$$$ so bad they have to have ads in everything...I think it's a crime to want members to pay for a program that works so badly....you should consider incoporating most of the features we enjoyed in 9.8.2!!!

    I am paying for AOL every month. I do not want to see ads on every screen that opens. Now they are even preventing me from reading an email in a full screen. When I block web popups, AOL should not put ads on their screens all over the place.

    Fix the problem or I will bow out of AOL. I don't like paying for something that does not work for me.
