Make the ads smaller of eliminate half of them. Another annoyance are those videos that start playing even when I am doing something else on the computer.

The report feature is useless... report inappropriate, have seen etc, ads keep returning. AOL needs to dial back the adverts if they want people to use their service.

It is impossible to read anything in peace without having to delete all the advertisements. It is rude, annoying and horrible. The ads cover the content of the articles. I also can't stand having to hit the arrow to get to the next page of a story. AOL - you are slow and horrible!!!
You ask me to agree to your terms of service. Where are they? I agreed because I want my comments to be seen. I did not read your terms of service because I couldn't find them.

Have an "email only" for long time subscribers like me who are tired of AOL's failure to deliver basic services due to the fact that AOL has totally become engrossed with BS news, BS advertising and BS EVERYTHING. RATHER THAN PROVIDING MY MAIL!!

I can not read any of the news stories due to the amount of advertising on the screen. This is grossly unfair because I pay for the AOL services. A reasonable amount of advertising is expected; however it currently exceeds 75% of the screen. What gives?

FIX IT! NO EMAIL NOW, PUT YOUR ADS POP UP; GET THEM OUT OF MY FACE, OR MAKE THIS A FREE SERVICE. GOLD CLEARLY WAS NOT READY TO RELEASE.

Is it possible to eliminate the adds in my email. This has been my work email for decades and it now (since gold) runs rough, freezes and often won't load email or send email. Says "try later". I suspect it's the barage of adverts. I report them don't send and they seem to shotgun more of the same. Please go back to being an email service

The ads on aol make slow as a slug. Please help us to move faster through aol by letting us not have to wait for mail because the ads are taking so much room and making my CPU and RAM chug alug along. Gonna have to quit aol if there isn't some sort of option.

Distracting, repeating ads should be abolished. I have to look at the same ugly model day after day for a product I don't use. Strange medical ads are on there, too - has AOL no shame? Please - abolish them ASAP! Target someone else some other way. Thanks.

Stop popping up all the ads in every article I try to read! One panel about your major news items covers 1/3 of the pictures and ALL text!!!
