Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

AOL GOLD IS SLOW!!!! I HAVE NOT USED. MY PFC IS NOW UP TO 9k BECAUSE I CANNOT FILE THE EMAILS I NEED FILED. aND CANNOT DELETE THE UNNECESSARY ONES. OLD AOL WITH NON-INTERNET PFC WAS MUCH BETTER. SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Please do someting with AOL DEsktop Gold. The software is very slow. It took 2to 3mins to open the softwre and the email.I've been calling you for how many times alrdy.

This browser is so slow compared to other free ones I use. Scripts and ads keep loading forever! I pay for this to keep my email address and stored info but I cant stand to actually use it as a browser. This is terrible!! Windows 10. What is the deal? Why should I keep paying for this?

Even this is stupid and makes no sense. I want my old AOL back. I did not ask to be changed. I was told it would enhance my experience. You can enhance my experience by deleting this and reinstating my old format which I still have on my computer I believe.

It has been almost a year, and not much has changed. Same problems. Freezing, dropping off, duplicate emails, delays in others going out, the list continues. I have called customer service numerous times. When will you admit Gold has been a mistake? Can you give us an answer?

I have 2 complaints :) about email .....it really would be nice if you could make emails like they were and let us use different FONTS the ones you offer are UGLY! Second, you have said you have returned being able to send email by pressing Ctrl / return.......This does not work!!! After 2yrs of this new AOL ....and all the complaints I see no major changes. It appears you pay more attention to companies that pay to have their irratating ads in the Gold program than you do the members.......

Hey, AOL, you used to be the best now you are absolutely horrible. You don't care what your paid subscribers want at all...you just do whatever you want whenever you want. Are you deliberately trying to lose your customers? If so, you are headed in the right direction.
