Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold

Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

    You can't even share on Facebook. The posts on Facebook links back to AOL's slow servers. No one wants to wait for AOL to open a video that takes forever. This is definitely no cutting edge technology!

    Seems like no one is happy with AOL Gold and the complaints and suggestions are falling on deaf ears. If you're not going to fix it, let us know and we will find another service. I've been using AOL for 20 years but everything I loved about AOL as changed. The mail service is awful, the amount of SPAM is ridiculous and instead of an improvement on the previous version, it's a complete and utter failure. As many have asked, why release it if it's not ready? I am not happy about paying for the BETA version. Either fix it or stop charging.

    This has been my complaint since day one. The AOL interface is huge. I had to set my hard drive to view in SMALL in order to get it under control. And now all of the text in all of my programs are tiny and hard to read. Please fix this. I've written and called about this many times but nothing is being done. My resolution is set at 900 x 1600 and I do not have this problem anywhere.... so please do not tell me to adjust my resolution. Why is othing being done about this... and why don't I get a reply?

    Your latest version of GOLD expands the main page past the size of the monitor. I have to minimizw the page to get the file and edit options in the banner. Also why do you want to charge me for a software package that will allow me to clear my caches.

    Gold AOL t's been horrible since you rolled it out. Often cannot send or receive mail. SLOW!! Worst since 1995 Fire the nitwits that came up with this harebrained scheme before you go out of business because we all quit. THAT is my suggestion.

    AOL lock up. I have to use task manager to get out of it. Sometimes when a web page loads, other times while writing an Email. I lose all my work and have to start over.

    YOU CAN IMPROVE IT BY GETTING RID OF IT AND LETTING 97.3 WORK AGAIN IT IS SHAMEFUL THAT AOL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TOOK AWAY THE AOL THAT I WAS USED AND PUT THIS AWFUL GOLD ON IT.

    Why AOL Gold use 95% writing for 30 minutes on my hard drive every time I start it
    That is killing the hard drive.
    Are you going to fix it or not.
    We cannot continue forever with this problem

    WHEN are you going to fix your fiken client??? It freezes now and causes me to restart my machine. CTRL-ALT-DELETE does not even allow me to stop the AOL process. This is wrong! I have been with AOL since ver 2.0. It was good for several months...not it locks up the whole machine and freezes EVERYTHING!!!! Fix this issue now please. DON'T IGNORE THIS!!!!!! Let me know you are working on this.Thank you.

    Sometimes it takes over 10 attempts to log on to my AOL account especially if power was lost. This new Gold is Terrible and Very Frustrating. I tried to call the phone numbers provided near my area and it sounds like they are fax numbers with the constant buzzing and no answer. AOL is a very Big disapointment and to be charged two fees each month for such aggravation is not right!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I agree with you. Ever since they shut down AIM, AOL "Gold" is useless. It's an awful update and it looks horrible.
