Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

All other browser are free, but we pay 4.99 a month for a browser that is terrible. It takes it 5 minutes to load. I am going to move to a free one very soon.

AOL Desktop Gold consumes so much of my computer resources that it slows Windows Explorer to a crawl and sometimes paralyzes it completely. I can't have AOL open and do anything else at the same time. That's why I never use the AOL browser. AOL is losing money because the new software is so bad. AOL has had over a year to fix all the problems with it, but nothing has changed. I can't believe it will be in business much longer.

after paying 14.95 a month for over 35 years it is time to unsubscribe from this program. The chatrooms won't work, The news items you have to click thru 14 pages to read a story just so they can overwhelm you with ads. The program is so unstable that it freezes 20 times a day. You people screwed up a good thing you had going with Desktop 9.7. Gold was supposed to be more stable. WHAT A JOKE THAT IS! It takes forever for an email to load, if it ever does. It's not worth 5 cents a year let alone 14.95 a month.

Browser is not recognized by many sites. At times I get notices to update my browser. It freezes more often than not. It is slow. I could go on an on.
We were promised a new browser. Where is it? Seems like to don't get anything here. We just get things taken away that we used to enjoy. I am so fed up and disappointed with AOL. -

Do what is necessary to increase the speed of streaming downloaded items from links in AOL gold. Nothing can be viewed at this point in normal time.
