    THE OTHER COMMENTS ARE TOTALLY ON POINT re: the customization of the toolbar.! I have been a lifelong client, but honestly...YOU ARE GOING BACKWARDS. Each change has diminished the AOL BRAND. How unfortunate

    I would like to use a different icon for my toolbar instead of a heart. The old version allowed like facebook to use their own icon and now it is just a heart like all the others.

    I need to customize my toolbar. Nobody likes all hearts. You keep deleting features aol users want, why??? And bugs galore for a year now. Aol is worse than any when it comes to service. Train your reps!

    AOL you lied . I thought you were going to give us the option to choose our toolbar ICONS. I am waiting and have been waiting and you have not followed through. I am with you ORLANDO SCOPELLITI. i WANT MY ICONS TOO.

    really don't like that we can't use icons for the tool bar. That is such a great idea and lets you find your tool bar favorite quickly. sometimes progress is not good

    Why can't I use different icons for the different websites I use. they are all red hearts and odd names nowl.

    Restore the choices of icon symbols for the toolbar. Now my symbols are only hearts. Why did this happen especially when I called aol to repair something else. Desktop gold used to have icon choices just like the 9.5 version. This version has been one big headache.

    Fix the upper toolbar icons so we have choice of picture of favorite sites instead of a heart for all

    It appears that from this time on all icons on the tool bar will be a heart. This does not help me with quickly assessing which site I need. Please fix or add this option.

    It is pathetic how AOL has gone backwards with AOL Gold. Simple things like being able to change the icon on your favorites should have been available at the start up. Leaving us with a beta version for this long is another example of poor service.

    We need to add icons such as 'print' to the AOL toolbar.
    We used to be able to do it before with the old version.....please work on this problem.

    Is there a way yet to add icons to toolbar favorites. This Gold edition has been out for awhile now. Every single favorite having one icon kind of sucks.

    Would like to be able to pick from a selection of icons for favorites put on the toolbar.
