    How do I add a shortcut icon to the aol gold desktop toolbar? I can move it, edit it,or remove it but there is no add option

    There is nothing I like about Gold. Bring back my icons for my favorite bar across top. Stop 2 year old emails constantly popping up as new. Put back the printer icon. Are you not reading all the complaints already expressed by your clients? How can you think we will put up with these negative change. I am so close to cancelling. I am not going to pay for this inferior service when I can get one for free. Shame on you AOL.!!!!!

    You guys have really screwed up . gerard dietz I absolutely agree with his comments.

    Also you should never have changed the favorites to be listed alphabetically. I had mine all arranged and you just go and change it. I Hate it. Why do you keep screwing things up,can't you leave things alone when there working?

    I have another comment. Why don't you make the log on screen a little bigger especially the arrow key . You have all this empty space on the screen and you make these small log on boxes.
    It would be easier to hit with your mouse. Seems like a common sense change. Green arrows on the tool bars could be a little bigger to.Why make it so inconvenient to use.

    why do i have to use my yahoo mail box all the time instead of aol. doesn't seem to be able to handle corporate web address worth spit.

    Can you make it so you can move address book to toolbar. Takes to long to to to mail and open it everytime you work with it.

    Can you also make it so you can drag the heart icon to emails or desktop so it is easier to save. There is no good way now since you went to AOL gold.

    Somme URL's do not have an avatar associated with them. This leaves just text without an avatar as an entry. In previous versions of AOL, users could choose an avatar and add it manually. AOL Gold should have this feature too!

    I would like to have a way to preserve my personal icons on my toolbar so, that when AOL has to uninstall and reinstall Gold, they are not deleted.

    Add a choice to add a logo/picture for a shortcut on the toolbar where one is not provided.
