    It's been well over a year since we were forced into this ****. Why take everything from us like we're being punished? We need backgrounds again and some form of instant messaging and buddy lists. We need to be able to save graphics from an email, all at once, not one at a time. This hasn't gotten any better for us and I'm ready to jump ship.

    I would like the themes back.....even if they haven;t had new one in YEARS and you couldn't change it once you'd installed it (this has been happening the last few years)
    AND THE MULTIPLE FONTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Bring back destktop themes; give us stationery & color icons FREE AOL offers; quit showing grid lines and text boxes when forwarding; restore drop down menu showing if there's mail in any of our addresses; quit making it so hard to copy and paste!!!
    this is for starters from a paying customer of 30 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just like I said.....AOL NEED TO WORK WITH MICROSOFT ASAP. Because I tried to get DeskTop Theme in the background and it DON'T WORK!!! Fix it!!!

    bring us back the option of the backgrounds that were fun to choose for our e-mails, bring back the sounds like Sylvester the Cat, bring back the little pics that we could pick for our toolbar icons....aol Gold is not fun at all......may leave now for gmail..........

    Give us smileys and wallpaper, etc like you have going through mail, aol. com. I do not want to go through that. I pay full price each month. I want this on my e-mail when I sign into aol gold. Why can't you do this. I hate the smileys on aol gold. please change this to be like mail.aol.com
    Let me just sign into my aol gold and write a letter with new smileys and wallpaper
