Restore the old spam settings. Now we only have one setting.

First you took away stationery and vast choice of fonts, emojis, etc. Then you changed how mail is set up (from new, old, sent, spam, deleted mail to current style) and the Spam settings from numerous choices to only one (blocked). it seems the longer we continue to PAY for AOL Gold, the less we are getting for our money. I see by the Feedback that I'm far from alone in feeling AOL Gold does not seem "golden" to your PAYING customers.

    More domain blocking capability needed!

    You need to have the ability to block more than 3 domains. I get dozens of spam mails where the domain differs by only 2-3 letters. A wild card capability would fix that problem.

    Improve purpose and efficiency of "Block Mail" function by allowing a selected email address to be sent directly to the "Block Mail" folder (file) with one click instead of all the navigating, coping and other rigmarole currently involved to get it there. This would be a popular addition in a Spam and Phishing filled cyber world.

    i can't go through 100 spam emails a day...it's getting so ridiculous and obnoxious it's time to find a new ISP . day after day after day 100's

    Add more space to block more than 3 domains. Maybe 12 or more. Still getting too much SPAM 100+ /day

    For paying customers we should be able to block all the spam addresses, not limit us to just 1000, also to many ads pop up on AOL, what gives?

    RE: Blocked mail -- If a spammer uses the same email adr (e.g., media479996@lvusd.org) but - in this case - they just change the 3 digits after 'media' -- they can just keep sending this trash.

    It would be good to be able to parse the sender's address so that ANY part of it could be blocked....

    Another item: Why don't you, AOL, provide the DATA of all these posts?

    Set up system so we can block "Unknown Sender" of the many garbage Emails one gets daily.

    AOL-Tell us what you are doing to better Stop Spam. I see SPAM emails in my SPAM folder that I have reported as SPAM for years, e.g., emails from classmates.com. Please tighten controls to stop SPAM after the sender has been reported twice.

    Practically every email I get has this warning at the top: "We put this in your mailbox but we think it"s Spam:!
    I think your SPAM monitor needs to be replaced or at least updated. I am using the "Mail from contacts only"!!

    got a great idea why can't aol fix blocked senders ridiculous, and i never removed option to block sender

    increase the limit of addresses that can blocked to 5000.
    I am filling up the 1000 spam address limit within 2 months. then I need to erase the stored blocked emails and start all over .

    it should be alot easier to post a word or phrase or number that is located in an email address to have it added to the spam list .
    Alot of spam emails are using the same info before the @ . then changing the last part of the email.
    Many spam emails are coming in as Unknown sender . then upon checking the details the actual spam email address is located . Why cant locating the originating spam email address be located by AOL?

    HOW ABOUT DELETING THE SPAM FOLDER ALL TOGETHER WOULD THAT STOP ALL THE ******* SPAM MAIL????????????????????????????????????
